MOAR GOAT[edit]

This is beyond stub level. Can anyone flesh this out? Researcher (talk) 05:23, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

Name[edit]

Looks like his dad spelt it with an umlaut but he doesn't - David Gerard (talk) 18:59, 26 June 2010 (UTC)

What kind of father gives their child an umlaut? Star of David.png Radioactive afikomen Please ignore all my awful pre-2014 comments. 05:42, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
This is the family umlaut, handed down from generation to generation ever since Turkish adopted the Latin alphabet in the early 20th century - David Gerard (talk) 11:09, 27 June 2010 (UTC)

MOAR FLESH[edit]

More resources. There is no go-to skeptical article on Dr. Oz, and this could be it - David Gerard (talk) 20:48, 18 April 2013 (UTC)

Senate Hearing[edit]

Pulling a bunch of links from Facebook, which I admit is not the best place to source things. Most of the comments were either complaining that the senators weren't working on more important things, or endorsing Oz. Or advocating "health freedom". While I'm at it, "A 2014 episode decried the proliferation of Genetically modified food, claiming that a lot of our crops have been modified to be pesticide resistant [sic]." Am I blind? I'm not seeing anything wrong, and neither is spell-check. Then again, I've read the sentence like a hundred times and now the words no longer have any meaning for me. 73.53.146.184 (talk) 04:23, 18 June 2014 (UTC)
Yeah, I'm not seeing it either. Roundup-ready crops are pesticide resistant, for example. (Plants with genes to express the Bt toxin are pest resistant, which may be what the editor was thinking when they slapped on the [sic].) Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 04:37, 18 June 2014 (UTC)

It showed that Oz is not entirely horrible, indeed! - David Gerard (talk) 18:23, 7 May 2015 (UTC)
