Ninja[edit]
You've been demoted to Ninja, which means you can now turn yourself into a bot so that repetitive changes (like say, removing a deleted category from a bunch of articles) won't show up in the recent changes. Plutocow (talk) 23:06, 11 February 2023 (UTC)
FairDinkum's block[edit]
For one thing, FD is a sysop and can unblock themselves (obviously, I wouldn't have blocked for nearly as long if they weren't), secondly, a blatant lack of civility does violate the CS (in particular, accusing users of doxxing without evidence is a pretty serious allegation to be throwing around). In these situations, it's best to let the user unblock themselves, as blocking a sysop sends a firm warning but that is kind of cheapened if a third sysop unblocks them. blocking the usual sxuspects[edit]
we probably dont need to be name checking suspected trolls every time they are blocked. aside from the fact that not every troll is 'that' troll, the point of blocking them is to remove them from the site and the associated disruption that comes with them. it is not to encourage them with a shout out in the block comments, validating their sad existence and continuing what is for them the closest they will ever get to a 'relationship' of any kind. every troll wants to feel they have a made a difference somehow, or gotten under skin. blocks should be imho be an impersonal and automatic reflex we'd give no more thought to than you would discarding a candy wrapper not a reward to trolls that lets them know we are thinking about them. Love your work[edit]
Thanks for adding that content to the Trayvon Martin page. Acei9 00:24, 20 February 2023 (UTC)
- You're welcome. Honestly you're the one who suggested it, and it is an interesting scenario. I think, however, while it is a good critique of stand your ground laws, WRT Martin's case specifically I doubt it would've flown in court if he were to have hypothetically cited it in his defense. It's no secret that American courts are racist AF. VeeMeow? 00:26, 20 February 2023 (UTC)
- Yeah I agree - if it was Martin who was carrying a gun, legally, and shot Zimmerman I would put my money on the courts charging him with murder. Acei9 00:42, 20 February 2023 (UTC)
- That'd be a sucker's bet... for the opposing side. VeeMeow? 00:43, 20 February 2023 (UTC)
- We should set up a RW:Gambling Room. Take bets on anything and everything. Acei9 00:45, 20 February 2023 (UTC)
- And
the MexicansTrent will pay for it! VeeMeow? 00:45, 20 February 2023 (UTC)- @Tmtoulouse - Lets make it happen! Pity you weren't here for this classic RW moment. Back when this place used to be more fun. Acei9 00:50, 20 February 2023 (UTC)

"Being an ass is a RW tradition."[edit]
Tell that to GR, UShit, or Neiltyson1fan. Just because we're a bit more lenient than other wikis doesn't mean we have to tolerate everything, and flagrant incivility is blatantly against the CS. Plutocow (talk) 20:55, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
- I only barely know who these people are. But ok. There's a reason I reverted the edit. VeeMeow? 21:00, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
My pet peeve: Criminal pedos in general[edit]
I'm sorry if there was a misunderstanding here. But this topic (criminal pedosexuals and their friends in general, of which Antifa would be, even in the worst case, a tiny subset) is driving me over the edge.
For comparison, check out these posts by me:
Just so you won't think that I wanted to pick on Antifa and nothing else. --Max Sinister (talk) 23:07, 1 April 2023 (UTC)
