I removed the section you added to Creationist escape hatch as I don't really think it's an escape hatch. I do think though that something similar to what you added does need to be in an article somewhere, just not that this was the correct article to add it to. Christopher (talk) 20:58, 1 May 2017 (UTC)
- I added that paragraph to the creationist escape hatch section, after reading the external link at the bottom. The "Shut up, that's why" arguments reminded me of situations. In which Creationists, genuinely believed their theist arguments were bulletproof and that they done the "research" to favor them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I interpreted escape hatches. As replies meant to discontinue the challenging of fundamentalist beliefs. A person dismissing evidence to the contrary, because they claim to have critical thinking skills, and aren't apart of a stereotypical cult seemed to fit the description. If you disagree, could you suggest which article I could contribute this idea?— Unsigned, by: Burnttoast / talk / contribs
- I see how that's an escape hatch, you're right. Feel free to readd it. Christopher (talk) 15:16, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
