Kosovo | Result: Keep[edit]
Delete[edit]
- Badly written, what purpose does it serve? Pizzameister (talk) 23:08, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
Why was this closed after only two days? Pizzameister (talk) 18:08, 12 March 2016 (UTC)
Keep[edit]
- Short, but don't see anything notably bad about the writing. Just needs a bit of expansion. 142.124.55.236 (talk) 23:21, 9 March 42016 AQD (UTC)
- There is definitely plenty of missional material here we can mention: the Kosovo war, then KLA (who harvested Serb organs), Albanian-Serb Kosovar relations, Islamic extremism, Albanian irredentism, and how its independence became an excuse for Putin to invade and
annex"recognize" parts of Georgia and Ukraine.--Owlman (talk) (mail) 23:33, 9 March 2016 (UTC) 23:33, 9 March 2016 (UTC) - A lot of shit has happened there. It definitely needs some expansion though.--JorisEnter (talk) 00:45, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
- It should be kept and expanded.--Kugelschreiber (talk) (mail) (block) 00:47, 10 March 2016 (UTC) 00:47, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
- Kosovo exists, and so will this article. Typhoon (talk) 16:36, 10 March 2016 (UTC)
- Keep 'n expand (not the country, the article...). An article on Kosovo is also relevant due to its status as a case of "humanitarian intervention" (i.e. the Nato bombings of Serbia) without a UN mandate that was a hot button issue at the time and cited as a precedent for interventions sans UN mandates ever since. ScepticWombat (talk) 11:53, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
- Keep. Needs more on the mythical status of Kosovo which is the Serbian equivalent of the Lost Cause of the South (minus the slavery, perhaps). Wikipedia has a page on wp:Kosovo Myth which discusses some things that should be in the article. Annquin (talk) 14:23, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
- Keep, especially for a Kosovo War section as it has much potential for interesting material: first time the Germany has been involved in an armed conflict since 1945; first time a stealth fighter was shot down; religious aspects to the war; claims of genocide and its repudiation + analysis of how well statements of both sides hold up to reality. ∈ NameThatNobodyTakes (✎) 20:24, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
- Keeparoni. Important article for all reasons stated above, and more. Pbfreespace3 (talk) 02:18, 5 April 2016 (UTC)
