Re: Pirenne and the Roman Empire[edit]

Hiya,

I've responded to your retort to my initial worries over the Pirenne stuff in the Roman Empire article and I took the liberty of reformatting your retort to make it readable as parts of it continued way beyond the margins of the page. You can check the various formatting codes I've used, but it's mainly using :s for indents and #s for auto-numbered lists as well as how to "hide" weblinks behinds the corresponding descriptive text using brackets. It seems like you're used to a different style of codes for getting the typography and layout you like so I thought I'd just give you a heads up about this bit of nuts 'n bolts at RationalWiki (RW) Wiki markup (it works the same way as in Wikipedia and the most frequently used codes should appear below your edit window after the Sign you username shortcut, so just click 'em when you need 'em).

Have fun editing RW and welcome aboard. ScepticWombat (talk) 08:41, 15 October 2015 (UTC)
