Bleeding[edit]

Please for to change the colors as now my eyes are bleeding. Thank you. ~~ C®acker 20:12, 3 June 2007 (CDT)

"#FF999c" and "#999CFF" are a reasonable 'red' and 'blue' background, respectively. --jtltalk 20:23, 3 June 2007 (CDT)

Typo: PresIdential MiddleMan 20:22, 3 June 2007 (CDT)

Well im not known for my spelling =/, I'll move it when im done. Ill try those colors jtl, thanks. -ĬŴΣĐĝё 20:35, 3 June 2007 (CDT)

There is a margin, but it doesn't seem earthshattering to me, then again the red bachelors could be all lawyers (no offense Ames), economists, etc... while the blue ones could be all doctors and scientists. MiddleMan 20:53, 3 June 2007 (CDT)

I am moving this to a correctly spelled, and location specific, 2000 U.S. Presidential Election humanbe in 12:51, 4 June 2007 (CDT)

Colours[edit]

Yes, typical of Americans to get the colours arse about face. Ever wonder why the Soviet Union and China didn't have a blue flags? (No offense meant) Jollyfish.gifGenghispillaging 15:02, 5 May 2008 (EDT)

Who knows how it happened, but those are the colors the nets use to report on the quadrennial voting. And, yes, some of us think it's weird that the right-wing party is colored red. humanUser talk:Human 15:29, 5 May 2008 (EDT)
You're no fun human :P --Eira omtg! The Goat be praised. 14:28, 6 May 2008 (EDT)
I always figured they were red because they were so angry all the time. --Star of David.png Radioactive afikomen Please ignore all my awful pre-2014 comments. 14:37, 6 May 2008 (EDT)
Utterly irrelevant, I don't give a damn about what the official colors of the parties are. If anything I support the current arrangement because it separates the Democratic Party from the far left and prevents the Republicans from having an allergic reaction to the color red. % w/Bachelor Degrees[edit]

West Virginia is 51st out of 50 states. Heh. That's not because WV folks ain't edjucatid, it's because those with college degrees (excepting degrees in Mining Engineering) wind up having to leave teh state to get teh good jobs. "Open for business" my eye. But see also the 1988 election results, and try that same correlation of votes with college degrees, wherein WV went for Dukakis which is more than can be said for those supposedly true-blue states of California, Vermont, New Jersey, Maryland, or Illinois. Yeah, 1988 baby! Mountaineers may be unejicatid but they ain't stupid. Secret Squirrel 18:38, 6 May 2008 (EDT)

Ayup, gotcha raht thear, mistah Skwirrel with mah 22 long rifle! humanUser talk:Human 21:50, 6 May 2008 (EDT)
Yer 22 long rifle is insignificant next to teh power of The Force. Doesn't work on squirlz anyhow. Secret Squirrel 22:00, 6 May 2008 (EDT)
