Talk:Marcus Cicero
I for one, welcome our Imperial Overlords.-- -PalMD --It hurts when I do "this" 19:13, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
Well, in fairness, the most Cicero will do is give a pretty speech powerfully delivered. I suppose you can get your henchmen to poison his drink so he gets laryngitis... MarcusCicero 19:20, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
- Wow, you really like to be dramatic. You allmost remind me of few of our old friends in CP. Timppeli 19:36, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
- I was joking MarcusCicero 19:38, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
- I know, it was just an observation of the style which you like to use. Timppeli 19:46, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
Perhaps it should be added as another example of Liberal Style? MarcusCicero 19:49, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
- Perhaps... Timppeli 19:56, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
- Who is the real marcuscicsero?-- -PalMD --It hurts when I do "this" 20:08, 13 March 2008 (EDT)
Marcus Cicero: early pioneer of the "yo mama" joke! :P--PlantB 19:59, 17 March 2008 (EDT)
Template[edit]
He was a political figure, right? User:MarcusCicero seems to find him inspirational, so he seems contemporary, and quite suitable for this wiki politically. Plus, I'm not sure the adding of the template was intended seriously.
So there. <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 22:35, 17 May 2008 (EDT)
- There is nothing in the article that justifies itself. Hence the move towards deletion. Once upon a time, an editor was going to write all of Roman history here, but sort of stopped doing it. Hence the move toward deletion... human 22:38, 17 May 2008 (EDT)
- I like it. I think it has potential, at least. Plus, is it me or do we have two more-or-less identical versions of this template? <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 22:45, 17 May 2008 (EDT)
- Potential for "what", exactly? Also, we have endless drive-by templates that ex-liberapedia whores love to use, since they don't know how to build a wiki, just how to make templates and shit like that. JMHO, but I'm right. human 01:29, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- (Edit conflict) IF you are refering to me, then fuck you, if not, who are you refering too? And why do you think all liberapedians are whores? Lyra (Zurück vom Ring!) 01:51, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- I'm fairly certain he means Elassint. <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 01:53, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- Well... "whore" might be a tad harsh... Lyra (Zurück vom Ring!) 01:55, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- It's usually quite a mild insult if the receiver is male. But evidently it can cause havok if that isn't clear. :) <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 01:58, 18 May 2008 (EDT)

- We have articles about other political figures, don't we? "Conflict with authority"? That's right up our street. <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 01:39, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- @Lyra, we have had an endless influx of LPians who do no more than make templates and run around making idiots of themselves. If you think I was referring to you, then your skin is way too thin. You ask after you tell me "fuck you"? And, let's face it, LP sucks. It's not funny, it's not politically smart, it's just a dead wiki. human 02:12, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- I apologize for the profanity, no one likes to be called a "whore... who [only does] shit." And since I was the only lp "migrant" and I actually did make a few templates, the probability that you were talking about me seemed high. No hard feelings, and I have to agree with you that lp is dead. Lyra (Zurück vom Ring!) 02:26, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- And I should have been much more precise in my shotgun blast, considering recent history (you editing at LP; making templates here...). All bygones now I hope. human 15:05, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- You used your largely defensive weapon of mouth very irresponsibly. What will the mouth control lobby say about this???? <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 15:08, 18 May 2008 (EDT)

- @Jelly 85 x x x, but what do we have to say (or will we have to say) about MC? Anything useful? human 02:15, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- Do we have anything useful to say about Søren Kierkegaard? I think this is the same type of thing. <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 02:20, 18 May 2008 (EDT)

- Well, it was I who put the doubt template on the (above mentioned) Roman series of articles months age. So I don't see any reason to implicitly impugn my motive. ContribsTalk 05:24, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
- Not really impugning anything, just making a wry reference to the Great MarcusCicero Controversy. :) <font=""; face="Comic Sans MS">Jellyfish!Holy Roman empire 05:29, 18 May 2008 (EDT)
