"Having sex with your best friend's wife is not illegal in Florida."[edit]
Actually it is; Florida is one of sixteen states with an adultery law, an act punishable by up to two months in jail and a $500 fine. As such, the "freedom of speech" argument against Peter Thiel must be reavaluated. Faunas (talk) 15:21, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
- However, adultery laws would likely be found unconstitutional.[1][2] Bongolian (talk) 19:37, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
- I don't now the legal opinion on this, but the fact is that everything from polyamory to swinging/cuckolding is quite different from the sneaky behind-the-back homewrecking that adultery implies. Reverend Black Percy (talk) 22:29, 4 February 2017 (UTC)
Support of Trump[edit]
I was hoping to read about his support of Trump – the good and the bad. Hopefully someone who has been following events more closely than me is able to contribute. --Chriswaterguy (talk) 02:37, 14 February 2017 (UTC)
Coverage of Peter's businesses[edit]
Hello,
I noticed that the vast majority of this article is dedicated to Peter's business failures aside from a small blurb about his investments in internet companies. It seems to my eyes that the exclusion of his successes in favour of his failures is a pretty crude attempt to discredit his personal beliefs by portraying him as a failure. Given that this is supposed to be a rational wiki, would anybody be interested in me doing a comprehensive re-evaluation of his career for the article? I would be willing to dedicate an afternoon or so to it but I don't want to if it is just going to be reverted by some partisan.— Unsigned, by: 69.196.163.89 / talk
