Talk:Rightpedia/Archive1
Info[edit]
There's now enough info for this to cover a new page and individual entry for this site. I'll work on it shortly. Krom (talk) 20:57, 18 August 2015 (UTC)
Error[edit]
Rightpedia appears as "RightpediaMetapedia" on the wikibox and links to Metapedia, when it should be a separate page (the redirect was deleted). Can anyone correct this?Krom (talk) 19:07, 19 August 2015 (UTC)

Good news, Orain got hacked. Rightpedia is fully deleted. I doubt it will come back.Krom (talk) 00:13, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- Somebody being hacked is not good news, in particular if it's a bunch of right wing crazies. --"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 00:14, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- I don't think one should condone hacking of anyone, even a bunch of Nazis. It is criminal activity, and crime is wrong even when the victims are fuckwits. I think people, even idiots like Nazis, should have the right to state their views publicly, no one should be silencing them using illegal means. (Attempts to silence them through legal means - e.g., racist speech is illegal in many countries - is a separate issue, although even on that issue I take a very pro-free speech position.) Blacke (talk) 00:24, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- Well, Rightpedia violated free-speech, it was a site used by Mikemikev and Hu1 to post libel and slander. This resulted in at least two legal complaints, and Rightpedia were already on their final warning by Orain staff. Free speech doesn't include libel (and copyright infringement).Krom (talk) 00:43, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- We still dont cheer when sites get hacked, just as we dont cheer the deaths of people.--"Paravant" Talk & Contribs 00:45, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- There are legal responses to libel and copyvio, and hacking is not one of them. Hacking is vigilante action. Vigilante action is wrong, and no quantity of illegal actions by the victims changes that fact. Blacke (talk) 00:55, 20 September 2015 (UTC)
- Hey, not everyone who had an Orain wiki was a libelous pedophile. I used it to stop re notes for school, and I thought I could trust a wiki to work. I certainly will not be happy about the lost of my schoolwork. 75.145.14.117 (talk) 12:47, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
- Not saying we should cheer, but a site being hacked is a substantial number of magnitudes lower on my scale of things to feel sad/be upset about than the death of a human being. 142.124.55.236 (talk) 21:38, 22 September 42015 AQD (UTC)

- Not all Orain wikis were garbage, you forgot e.g. All The Tropes, the censorship-free TV Tropes fork.--Arisboch ☞✍☜☞✉☜ ∈)☼(∋ 12:54, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
- Hello, Arcane here. I know I'm as welcome as a plague rat here because I had the temerity to be "pro-Gamergate", but if you want more information what happened to Orain, you can find some more information here. I can also tell you all there MAY be a copy of Rightpedia backed up somewhere (Orain Staff back up most of their wikis about three months back, ATT included), but I haven't heard if the guys who ran Rightpedia got in touch with Orain Staff. As for ATT, we've decided to join the Miraheze service since Orain is effectively dead. Also, I can confirm whoever did this had no grudge against Rightpedia, ATT, or any wiki in particular, so it was more like someone with a grudge against Orain in general. I don't know much more than I have stated in the above since Dusti and other Orain staff haven't gotten back to me since. Arcane (talk) 17:32, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
They're planning to relaunch at right.miraheze.org[edit]
Fiala is planning to relaunch the wiki at right.miraheze.org:

ahahah: 25 September 2015 Fiala (Talk | contribs) requested the wiki "rightpedia" (language: en; private: 0) in #99 (general English wiki) That's how Fiala describes Rightpedia, as a "general English wiki".Krom (talk) 10:12, 29 September 2015 (UTC)
- (I just use this account to post here, I do not intend to contribute to this wiki. I'm also posting this on behalf of myself as a volunteer, and not as a Miraheze staff member.) @Krom: perhaps you might want to read https://meta.miraheze.org/wiki/User_talk:Fiala. Please do not just accuse me from not listening to you, you barely know me and you're just making false accusations without any reason. Feel free to comment on Meta, everyone is welcome to participate in the discussion. Southparkfan (talk) 18:23, 1 October 2015 (UTC)
- It isn't possible to have a intellectual conversation with Rightpedia's founder, Fiala. --Michaeldsuarez (talk) 12:04, 4 October 2015 (UTC)

- Can Arisboch be warned/moderated for general libel and insults on kids? Lysdexia (talk) 22:58, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
Rejected. --Michaeldsuarez (talk) 13:03, 5 October 2015 (UTC)
More links to pedophiles[edit]
Rightpedia has (or had since its deleted) more links to pedophiles. Mikemikev created a thread defending paedophile Clare Chesterton. This backfired after the moderator of Anthroscape confirmed Clare had posted pedophilic comments as well as about incest - this is the sick twisted female Mikemikev (the Rightpedia sysop) was defending online for over a year.StarWarsNerd (talk) 15:56, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
- Do not abuse words such as "sick"; sick means near death or inhibited, nor your moralistic prudish preconceptions on how one shouldn't behave. Also I do not think Clare is a kid as you claim. Did you know nerd is the older term for autist/Aspergerian, someone socially retarded? Lysdexia (talk) 23:03, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
Now hosted by MW Zip[edit]
http://right.mwzip.com/. --Michaeldsuarez (talk) 23:39, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
- Deleted. --Michaeldsuarez (talk) 11:47, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
- Great work. Wherever they go - shut them down. Was Fiala paying to host at mwzip, or was it free? If the former he's just lost his own $$$. GexGecko (talk) 15:42, 10 October 2015 (UTC)
- MW Zip's paid option merely costs an one-time payment of $5. The lack of monthly payments is likely due to the ads. There isn't any easy way for me to determine whether Fiala opted for the free option or the paid option, but I do know that he registered "rightpedia.info" from NameCheap.com. --Michaeldsuarez (talk) 21:12, 10 October 2015 (UTC)

Rightpedia is satire,[edit]
The whole site is satire and parody and just makes fun of nationalists. Its admin "Wyatt" is from Encyclopaedia Dramatica ("Kimbo Slice"), he's a satirist (just look at his posts), not a white nationalist.
"Rightpedia (also called RightWiki) is a satirical encyclopedia that ridicules neo-Nazism and white supremacism by over-the-top racist parody and humour.
The site has fooled some people into thinking it is a real neo-Nazi site, but it has since been confirmed to be satire by Stormfront and Metapedia members; its sysop "Wyatt" posts as "KimboSlice" at Encyclopedia Dramatica."

'crackpot white supremacist'[edit]
Are there any white supremacists (or supremacists of any kind) who are #not# crackpot? ('This is grossly offensive to all pots: us pots treat each other equally whether whole or damaged. There are many careers open to cracked pots...' - nb this is an attempt at humour). 31.51.113.169 (talk) 10:06, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
- "White supremacist" is just a hypocritical name called to Whites who oppose their demographic genocide, by Jewish supremacists and their useful idiot fellow travellers. Typical victim blaming chutzpah. 62.30.229.198 (talk) 18:22, 6 November 2017 (UTC)
