"Few"[edit]
I'd estimate that between 25 and 50% of users want to remove politics from RW. Don't play Galileo. Mʀ. Wʜɪsᴋᴇʀs, Esϙᴜɪʀᴇ (talk/stalk) 19:40, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
- I said left-wing political bias. You have this bias yourself and are part of the problem.Schizophrenic (talk) 00:39, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
- If replacing political bias with baseless conspiracy theories is your idea of fixing the problem, you may have a long road ahead of you. Petey Plane (talk) 17:22, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Anglin[edit]
Query. What evidence have you gathered that Anglin is an agent of the SPLC? --Castaigne2 (talk) 19:14, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
- The stuff he says. His statements intentionally demonise and ridicule nationalists. Also, he sprung from nowhere to have a big web presence in a short space of time. He claims he only found white nationalism as recent as 2013. What was he doing before that time? Unlike genuine nationalists - no one can vouch for him. He was probably recruited by the SPLC in 2012.Schizophrenic (talk) 21:22, 15 August 2016 (UTC)
- Complete hearsay, and not very good hearsay at that. Racist shitheads have been discrediting themselves and their movement long before Anglin. He's also only 25, hence his recent appearance on the scene. RW deals in provable facts. Petey Plane (talk) 21:24, 15 August 2016 (UTC)
- His statements are the exact same shite you find on Stormfront, on VDARE, on Free Republic (among the white nationalists there), and in the alt-right crowd. So how is HE a shill when he says shit that's no different then what white nationalists were saying in the mid-1990s? Or were THEY shills too? --Castaigne2 (talk) 21:29, 15 August 2016 (UTC)

Yes, Stormfront, VDARE and those other sites are run, or infiltrated, by the enemy too. They all give nationalism a bad image. What is genuine nationalism? Parties like the Front National who are engaged in real-world politics and have now attracted mass support (Marine le pen likely will win the presidential election 2017.) They don't sit on the internet posting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, "race realism" or other nonsense - the people who want nationalists doing that are the SPLC, Hope not Hate and other bogus 'anti-racist' groups because it demonises nationalism.Schizophrenic (talk) 20:34, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
- No "nationalist" in Europe can stay away from antisemitism for long. Sooner or later a high ranking member of the French FN (Le Pen senior already did that repeatedly) will say something incredibly stupid about the "protocols of Zion" or how Dreyfus really was guilty or something of the sort. You cannot get the European far right without the antisemitism. Or the badmouthing of national soccer players whose great great great great (...) grandfather wasn't Vercingetorix. another Jewish conspiracy by (((Laurogeita Hamabost))) (talk) 21:43, 16 August 2016 (UTC)
- But the anti-Semitism in the 'far-right' is usually planted there by moles/spies/agent provocateurs (call them what you want). Anglin is a good example of that.Schizophrenic (talk) 02:34, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
- No it's not. Le Pen senior is as little an agent provocateur as the one guy from the Alternative für Deutschland. Right wing conspiracy theories are so tiresome. another Jewish conspiracy by (((Laurogeita Hamabost))) (talk) 17:35, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
- We're not talking decades ago, but now. Nationalist parties like the FN have modernised. Even though if you look decades back you will find populist factions in each nationalist party criticizing anti-Semitism, neo-Nazism etc. Most people actually know those things don't win votes. Leftists of course don't want nationalists to do sensible politics, instead they want nationalists to be a lunatic fringe. This is why the FN has upset the leftists so much - they are now a serious political party with mass support with popular policies and appeal.Schizophrenic (talk) 20:52, 17 August 2016 (UTC)

I know this horse died long ago, but a final point Schizophrenic; you have provided ZERO evidence or sources for any of your theories. Rationalism is grounded in empirical evidence. You have provided none. Again, your feelings and opinions about the matter are irrelevent if you can't back them up with some source of outside evidence. Currently, you are engaging in circular reasoning and confirmation bias. No sources to confirm = no one here cares. Sorry to be blunt about it, but RW deals in evidence based facts. You have not provided any. Petey Plane (talk) 19:25, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, but you have provided zero evidence Anglin is a nationalist. In fact the article contradicts itself on this point - Anglin has/had a Filipino girlfriend, how does that make sense if he's a white nationalist? Please do explain.Schizophrenic (talk) 20:52, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
- Are you telling me Le Pen senior somehow is not an authentic right wing voice? another Jewish conspiracy by (((Laurogeita Hamabost))) (talk) 21:28, 17 August 2016 (UTC)
Good Job[edit]
Nice to see that I'm not the only one who thinks RationalWiki has a really bad case of bias. It was funny at the start, but now it's got to the point that any right wing user gets jumped on as soon as they start talking about their beliefs. If you are going to be A wiki in the first place, you must not have bias. It puts lots of people off, myself included. The Unwritten (talk) 14:55, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
- Yes exactly. For example compare Labour Party to Conservative Party (UK), United Kingdom Independence Party and British National Party. RW is only critical of centre-right, right wing and far right parties, not centre-left, left wing and far left. Any right wing party is also smeared.Schizophrenic (talk) 01:33, 27 August 2016 (UTC)
- Which is of course why Stalin is always referred to in fawning tones on RW, as is Mao, and why the articles on moonbat and moonbattery are promotional articles for left wingers, right? ScepticWombat (talk) 00:18, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
Autopatrolled[edit]

- Btw, I'm still curious about why Schizophrenic asked for you to be banned in the first place and why this was raised in the saloon and not brought as a coop case. So perhaps Schizophrenic could enlighten everyone with an answer in this section as I'm guessing the one in the saloon will soon be archived? ScepticWombat (talk) 00:29, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
- You gotta admit it was kinda cool to see a pork-and-fitchtork-wielding mob assemble to protest the very suggestion that I be ousted. Oust me? Around these parts, I am the one who ousts. Sorry that's just a joke I'm a little drunk I have great faith in our fundamental democratic rule Reverend Black Percy (talk) 00:34, 29 August 2016 (UTC)

As for the autopatrolled thing, I'm really sorry everybody and I don't have a grudge against anyone, don't worry. It was an accident.-DiamondDisc1(talk) 00:53, 29 August 2016 (UTC)
