I'm not saying people with autism spectrum disorders should feel apologetic for their condition. I myself have ADHD (not an ASD but a neuropsychiatric developmental disorder nonetheless), and I've certainly experienced first-hand the importance of not apologizing for who I am. But you have to understand, it's not that people with autism spectrum disorders are themselves "logical" (as you suggest). Logic is a construct. A formalized language — which is why there are systems of logic — and there's no "type of human" that is more or less "attuned" to its application. If you get my drift here. Anti-vaccination movement[edit]
