2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

The flood[edit]

I've just rolled back an edit of yours about something miraculous being plausible on the flood (if I have understood it correctly). If you think it's a mistake no doubt we can resolve it on the talk page. Cheers. Bob"Life is short and (insert adjective)" 17:18, 18 April 2021 (UTC)

  • Answered on the talk page there. Basically, losing some information passed through oral tradition isn't all that miraculous. It doesn't address the question whether said information and/or related event actually existed, merely the plausibility of losing it.Arisano (talk) 17:25, 19 April 2021 (UTC)
