2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

As long as you continue to discuss controversial edits on talk pages. Also, please don't replace instances of unsigned with your signature, as it screws up the timestamps. —Kazitor, pending 20:57, 19 December 2017 (UTC)

As long as you continue to discuss controversial edits on talk pages What? I found it more important to show who said what in the discussion, rather than the time it was said. --CorrectTheRecord™ (talk) 05:42, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
We like talk pages to properly archive what has happened. That is why timestamps shouldn't be altered, regardless of whether or not you care. —Kazitor, pending 05:44, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
No, I mean the sentence doesn't make any grammatical sense, could you rewrite it or explain what you were trying to say? Don't misinterpret what I said, I said I value who said what more than the time/date, not that the time/date is unimportant. --CorrectTheRecord™ (talk) 05:57, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
That is the function of {{unsigned}}, it shows who said what. You replaced an instance of it. I would think changing the IPs to your username is fine, except you also changed the timestamps (which is bad). In fact, I might just go and fix that now. —Kazitor, pending 06:08, 20 December 2017 (UTC)
