Andrea Dworkin[edit]
Good work on making a reprehensible, totally dehumanizing, totally debasing edit, there, son. Listening to Ella Fitzgerald sing "Baby, if I'm the bottom, you're the top" is very different after reading Dan Savage's column.. 00:40, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Well, I see you've reverted. Fine, I won't contest it. Ithaca (talk) 13:51, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- There was also this charming edit. Which is kind of ironic, given the stuff in Mike Bara#Talents.--ZooGuard (talk) 17:24, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- Also reverted (extremely rapidly) and I also won't contest. Mike Bara#Talents is primarily about insults, nothing to do with laughable attempts to deny that nude pix are what they seem. Ithaca (talk) 17:39, 22 July 2013 (UTC)
- You could have written that particular section in a way that didn't make you come across like a mean-spirited 13-year-old. Listening to Ella Fitzgerald sing "Baby, if I'm the bottom, you're the top" is very different after reading Dan Savage's column..

Hoagland stuff[edit]
Instead of spilling Hoagland all over the place (e.g. in reverse engineering), why don't you concentrate it in his article?--ZooGuard (talk) 10:19, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- RCH is surely the finest possible example of what the RatWiki was created for. I was thinking of embarking on a piece about "hyperdimensional physics," but after your snark I guess I'll drop that. Cheers. Ithaca (talk) 13:42, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, I didn't intend that to come out so brusque.
- Clarification of what I meant in more words: There are Hoagland-related topics that do deserve separate articles, and some that should be added as examples in existing articles. But it's generally a good idea if those things were covered/summarized in the main article, or at the very least linked in it. That's how wiki articles are supposed to work.--ZooGuard (talk) 14:31, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
Socialism[edit]
I've moved the discussion on financing entrepreneurship to Talk:Socialism where it will get better exposure. As I see it, the difference is not so much like "The airplane took off. The airplane departed." but rather the difference between a landing and an arrival. While many arrivals are survivable, good landings put less stress on the landing gear, and less stress on the nerves of the instructor in the right-hand seat. Workers Revolutionary Party[edit]
I noticed you made the edit that inserted Redgrave and Redgrave as the founders of the WRP. Not what I had always understood. Hard to find reputable references on this type of thing, but I am sure that they both joined the party after Gerry Healy renamed the Socialist Labour League as WRP in 1973. Do you specifically know otherwise? --TheroadtoWiganPier (talk) 11:00, 21 July 2015 (UTC)
