I'm tired....[edit]
And here I thought you were re-tired. Did you waken up? Or is this a temporary "I'm still alive" fling? Lord of the Goons The official spikey-haired skeptical punk 18:14, 4 February 2011 (UTC)

x = r X cos(Θ). y = r X sin(Θ) polar coordinates. NO BEARS. Тиранесconstruct oganesson, scratch kumquat? 16:14, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
- I see a cos and a sin in there. Is it some kind of cosplay fetish? Totnesmartin (talk) 16:20, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
- Cos is short for cosine. sin is short of sine. They have to do with triangles. Go to Wikipedia and learn trig. It isn't that hard, I taught it to myself. Тиранесconstruct octahedron, prove gas tank? 16:23, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
- No, I did it in school and it's been completely useless to me ever since. Totnesmartin (talk) 16:28, 9 February 2011 (UTC)

WIGO:World[edit]
That Mitt Romney story sounds interesting. If only there was some kind of handy link so I could find out more about it... ;-) –SuspectedReplicant retire me 10:09, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, but if you were on Totnes' wavelength, he just beams the story straight into your head. Admittedly, along with several other images, that will have me screaming at 3am, but that's another story... --Ψ GremlinSermā! 10:13, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
Simon[edit]
Just found this on Flickr. He was suggested to me as a possible "contact". I thought nothing of it until something rang a bell!
Just sayin'

Ouch[edit]
Your block actually hit me. I was like "whoa!" Mei III (talk) 20:57, 31 March 2011 (UTC)
- no harm was meant. I hardly ever get caught out by 31-second blocks. mainly because I dither about with my edits so the 31 seconds are long gone before i press save. Totnesmartin (talk) 21:04, 31 March 2011 (UTC)

I removed your post about me staying at Susan's because it was out of place amongst all the tributes. All I can say is that you might think so but I couldn't possibly comment. ГенгисIs the Pope a Catholic? 11:52, 12 April 2011 (UTC)

Translation?[edit]
"nix carborundum aliquando utor" - as my Latin is non-existent, Google doesn't know anything, Wikipedia just asked for some weird stuff and Google translate just gave me "Snow still be friends at any time to use the", I wanna ask: What? --ǓḤṂ³ 20:07, 13 May 2011 (UTC)

Weirdness[edit]
When I checked in this morning, I still had block abilities despite not being on the list of sysops. Then they randomly disappeared. Changes might just take a bit to take effect when they're done through the database. ThunderkatzHo! 21:14, 15 May 2011 (UTC)
- Hmm, maybe. It's a bit much for the server to digest all at once perhaps. Totnesmartin (talk) 21:17, 15 May 2011 (UTC)
Come on back![edit]
Seriously, Trent's working on the issues, and the only way this wiki will survive if we have productive editors, and I know you're one of them. We can deal with the bullshitters; yes, it's been miserable for a bit, but if all the good one's leave, it'll get worse. Just think about it. steriletalk 01:13, 19 May 2011 (UTC)
