- Texts to two long-defeated bills. Even if you think the idea isn't bad, the way it's presented makes it unreadable as it's not actually side-by-side. The similarities should be mentioned in the main articles (perhaps by bolding copied sections or similar), as when entire sections have to be crossed out it doesn't make the point look stronger.
