User talk:Ashy Waves
I've had a quick look at your contributions and your talk page on Wikipedia. We've had plenty of problems with people who have been blocked on Wikipedia in the past. But you might just be all right. As I said in response to your question in the Saloon Bar, don't edit war, pay attention to other users' advice and don't keep doing what you've been asked not to do. Then you just might be OK. copying wikipedia[edit]
Please don't just copy stuff from wikipedia. We're not a WP clone, we have our own way of talking about things. Thanks. WilderBicycle 20:00, 19 March 2018 (UTC)
- I know I need to change the tone, but a great deal of what I copied was censored from Wikipedia, so it's not really cloning at least. I'm still trying to think about the best way of changing the tone. I think one way might be to highlight how the examples given don't fit the narrative told to us by right-wingers to try to minimize the issue of slavery. Ashy Waves (talk) 12:44, 20 March 2018 (UTC)
