Japanese war crimes denialDuring World War II, Japan was an ally of Nazi Germany, and they committed horrible war crimes, including Comfort women, Rape of Nanjing, Unit 731, forced labor against Koreans, POW abuse, cannibalism and other crimes. Japanese nationalists refer to the "Hiroshima" as they falsely claim that Japan is not identical to Nazi Germany in World War II, but rather a victim; like Neo-Nazis "Dresden" reference. Unlike modern German governments that reflect on the Holocaust, modern Japanese governments continue to support revisionist views of this history. |
