Draft:Communist glossary | Result: Kept, but needs more critical, in-depth examples, and should get rid of some of the editorializing before making it to mainspace though[edit]

Draft:Communist glossary (edit|talk|history|protect|delete|links|watch|logs) – (View log)

Delete[edit]

  1. Heavily biased, features way too much pro-communist editorializing that is hopelessly off-mission, instead trying to defend and promote a far-left ideology that is good on pen and paper, but doesn't work in practice. --Goatspeed. Citation needed. What does "work" even mean? It's such a perfectly vague word. Oxyaena Harass 18:59, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
  2. Unless the pro-commie shit is purged and it's drastically improved, I'm voting for deletion. Twodots (talk) 01:52, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
What pro-commie shit? Oxyaena Harass 18:59, 23 January 2021 (UTC)

Keep[edit]

  1. It is missional, as communist states are notoriously fundementalist (obey the party line or be purged) and authoritarian. It needs to be expanded and many Marxist terms can be considered to be pseudo-scientific. Tuxer (talk) 01:47, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
  2. It's currently a draft. It's not currently a problem. Just don't let into mainspace in its current state. Easy and done. ☭Comrade GC☭Ministry of Praise 17:56, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
Addendum. How the fuck is this pro-USSR? If anything it's fucking critical of the USSR. What the fuck have you dipshits been smoking!?!?! ☭Comrade GC☭Ministry of Praise 18:09, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
Seriously, @CircularReasoning, please explain to me how this draft is "pro-communist". Please!! ☭Comrade GC☭Ministry of Praise 18:11, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
  3. Let's keep things interesting!-Flandres (talk) 18:22, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
  4. Not offensive enough to delete. Draft needs more depth in it's examples though to avoid unintentional apologetics. Techpriest (I am Alpharius! / Pencil.png / Tux icon.png / Shield.png) 18:44, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
  5. Plenty of room for solid topics - think of phrases like "rootless cosmopolitan" or "bourgeoisie revisionism" that were (and are, if you're in China) bandied about a ton. IveBeenFrank (talk) 18:46, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
  6. This could be pretty useful eventually. Communism has so many fucking branches and so much fucking jargon, and i think it would be worth having a reference. 🎄Chef Moosolini’s Ristorante Italiano🎄Ask about our holiday specials! 19:02, 23 January 2021 (UTC)

Goat[edit]

  • What the hell happened to this page? It seems to have started as a general far left glossary (which would have been useful) and then @Tuxer seems to have renamed it to Communist ideology and pruned most of the examples they wrote. Proposing restoring this to left wing glossary with the previous examples instead of this. Techpriest (I am Alpharius! / Pencil.png / Tux icon.png / Shield.png) 18:21, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
I say we put it out of its misery. It has so much commie shit that basically listed a whole bunch of reasons why the middle class don't know what kind of government they want and why Karl Marx does that it should've been AFD'd long ago. --Goatspeed. Yeah, let's nuke the bastard! Twodots (talk) 18:28, 11 January 2021 (UTC)
You're both idiots. A thing with six entries is somehow worthy of deletion? For that matter, we should have a liberal glossary, since liberalism is just as wack as "muh communism." Oxyaena Harass 18:54, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
Hell, it's critical of the USSR. What have you clowns been smoking? The liberal kool-aid? Oxyaena Harass 18:56, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
Has anybody else noticed that Oxyaena dedicates more energy towards criticizing "liberals" than she does conservatives, fascists, and libertarians?-Hastur! (talk) 18:59, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
Centrists are just as much a problem as Nazis and conservatives, albeit for different reasons. Neoliberal capitalism brought us Trump in the first place. That's a fact. Oxyaena Harass 19:01, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
Also, I love how you nitpick one part and ignore the rest of my point. Oxyaena Harass 19:03, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
What point? The same one I made right below?-Hastur! (talk) 19:07, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
  • 6 entries, is in draft space-Hastur! (talk) 18:35, 23 January 2021 (UTC)
