Good physics[edit]
Hi! Thanks for adding good stuff to our articles. I just had one comment - could you please include more sources for your claims? I.e. in the Higgs boson segment of the Gravity article, where you claim people have said certain things, and so on? It would be much appreciated. All the best, Reverend Black Percy (talk) 11:27, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, that was my intention. I just started and I'm not familiar about RationalWiki source policy, so I didn't add anything except in the comment. --RRautamaa (talk) 11:43, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- Ok, no problem! We're here to help. The source policy is rather simple: the better you can source your claims, the better. Especially when it comes to topics that are often subject to woo, e.g. quantum physics or even general physics - topics where cranks can just spew science sounding stuff and a layman doesn't have a good way of telling the difference. That's when sources are especially needed. And welcome to the site, for the record. All the best, Reverend Black Percy (talk) 12:00, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
- Generally: direct scholarly sources > reporting on scholarly sources > popsci sources > journalist assertions about science. No worries! FU22YC47P07470 (talk/stalk) 22:29, 9 June 2016 (UTC)
