Fresh and Fit is a shitty right-wing podcast hosted by Amrou Fudl (better known as Myron "Fit" Gaines) (1990–) and Walter "FreshPrinceCEO" Weekes (1992–), giving terrible dating advice to boys and men and spreading misogyny against women. Gaines and Weekes have expressed various bigoted and extremist opinions on their podcast, from advocating and encouraging violence against women to endorsing anti-vax conspiracies to even throwing a bone to the Great Replacement crowd.
Background[edit]
Show format[edit]
The show is streamed three times a week, each dedicated to a specific topic. Monday streams ("Money Mondays") are focused on giving financial advice, Wednesday streams ("Red Pill Wednesdays," formerly "Womanizer Wednesday") focuses on dating and relationships, and Friday streams ("Fitness Friday" or "Call-in Friday") are dedicated call-in shows. There is also an "After Hours" stream where roundtable discussions are held with a variety of guests.
General misogyny[edit]
The podcast is mostly well known for shitting on women without giving any good dating advice or nuance. Gaines and Weekes have repeatedly talked poorly of women, claiming that they are inferior and must be obedient and subservient to men. In addition, they blame women and girls for rape due to poor judgement and decision, not factoring grooming and coercion into account.
Racism[edit]
Feud with Aba and Preach[edit]
Thought Fresh and Fit have clashed with other YouTube content creators, the most notable drama they engaged in was their feud with Aba and Preach, two Canadian centrist comedians and political commentators on YouTube.
Feud with Tariq Nasheed[edit]
Rare wins[edit]
Myron has been critical of the Israeli regime under Benjamin Netanyahu, calling him out for his Arabophobia and Islamophobia, and Christophobia, regarding the treatment of Palestinians. However, given Myron is an antisemite himself, his criticisms must be approached with caution and nuance.
Myron has also condemned the Nelk Boys for their soft interview of Netanyahu and lack of actual journalistic integrity. He specifically called out their frat boy lifestyle as men in their 30s, stating it to be “cringe shit”.
