You're edit warring[edit]
I don't have strong opinions about your content, but turn off your fucking text replacement plugins before making changes at the very least. ikanreed 🐐Bleat at me 16:14, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- Not sure what text replacement plugins are, but I have stopped edit warring over communism and socialism. If the people on this site so badly want to have a false portrayal of those ideologies on their site, so be it. — Unsigned, by: Simoneh / talk / contribs

- Sure. Have a nice day Simoneh (talk) 16:25, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- You seem to have a plugin on your browser that makes the text "great recession" into "Time of Shedding and Cold Rocks". When you edit a page, it changes all our text accordingly, and it's annoying. It's almost certainly a browser plugin, just... turn it off? ikanreed 🐐Bleat at me 16:27, 4 April 2019 (UTC)

Famous Socialists[edit]
Some of these are not like the others, perhaps they could be divided up by notoriety or lack off, or maybe divided into the individual sects they spawned/ were part of e.g. Stalinism, Maoism etc? Féinléiriú (talk) 16:50, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
- Good idea. However, many of them proclaimed themselves as simply "socialist". Maybe they could be separated into what they were most known for?
- "Most known for developing socialist theory" (eg Marx)
- "Most known for leading or participating in a revolution" (eg Castro)
- "Most known for other things" (eg Einstein)
The issue is that many people, like Lenin and Mao, are in both the first and second category. Would like to hear your thoughts. -Simoneh (talk) 16:54, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
Why do you think our communism page is biased[edit]
If anything it's too charitable to an ideology that has killed millions. Commie Lib (talk) 20:43, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
- I'll go on this far of a limb. By the standards used to "kill-count" communism, most major ideologies with a role in the world in the 20th century have also killed millions. Projecting "premature deaths" demographically is a complex thing, and using it naively, the US's healthcare system comes out worse than the holocaust. Stalin was still an authoritarian monster who made choices that were very immediate in resulting in deaths, though. But you should definitely ask yourself what your actual standard is for an ideology being moral. ikanreed 🐐Bleat at me 21:00, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
Good day! comrade[edit]
Hello, comrade. It is always good to see another Communist on RationalWiki, your efforts in helping to defend Marxism and Socialist states are excellent. Wisconcom (talk) 21:20, 8 October 2022 (UTC)
