A long-overdue welcome to RW[edit]

- @CircularReasoning Thanks for the warm welcome! This wiki seems decent and I'm glad to be here! I have a newbie question: how do drafts become non-draft articles? I see that you have done a lot of work to bring articles up to snuff! What criteria do you look for in promoting drafts? I have adopted one and I'd like to know what to focus on. — Unsigned, by: Jno.skinner / talk / contribs
- On talk pages, please sign your comments using four tildes (~~~~) or by clicking on the sign button: on the toolbar above the edit panel. You can also indent successive talk page comments using one more colon (:) for each line. Thank you. Knight CommanderIn ServiceTo HerGoatness 22:33, 5 December 2020 (UTC)
- I mean you seem to have the grasp of indenting already, but that was a template and signing would certainly be appreciated. Knight CommanderIn ServiceTo HerGoatness 22:35, 5 December 2020 (UTC)
- Now that you've been demoted, you could move a draft of yours into the mainspace by simply clicking the "relocate" tab and switching the namespace to "(main)". However, you should only move into the mainspace articles that are sufficiently long and have enough citations. --Goatspeed. - @CircularReasoning Ah, that's exactly what I'm asking about! What are the standards for "sufficiently long" and "enough citations"? I've tried to find some policy about that, but haven't yet. Jno.skinner (talk) 01:00, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
- I would personally suggest citing basically everything you say that could possibly need citations. Length-wise, no clue. Also, hi. Welcome to the wiki. :) Twodots (talk) 15:24, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
- Thanks @Twodots! And thanks for contributing to the draft article! — Unsigned, by: Jno.skinner / talk / contribs
