Pat on the back[edit]

Nice job with the copy edits. Cheers! Lord Goonie Hooray! I'm helping! 00:08, 26 April 2010 (UTC)

Inline refs[edit]

We don't like inline refs to WP (or anywhere for that matter): put them in <ref></ref> instead. Pippa (talk) 12:44, 23 June 2011 (UTC)

Katanas[edit]

They are underpowered in d20. Тайговорить 19:09, 8 September 2011 (UTC)

Good job on lib theolgy[edit]

i agree with b-flat. One question though. could you address (if you know) how popular a movement it is? Is it like one of the main religio-political movements in LA, or is it "fringe". I hear the term all the time, but never really know how main stream it is. --Pink mowse.pngGodotTue pour toujours, et tu veux vivre aussi. 14:58, 22 October 2011 (UTC)

As a rule...[edit]

...I don't think we want to turn our articles into Wikipedia link farms. Thanks. P-Foster Talk "The existing superstructure has handed out crumbs. We don’t want crumbs; we want the whole loaf now.” --Ras Frank I 15:34, 14 April 2012 (UTC)

Especially...[edit]

...for things we already have articles on, like the SPLC. Really, no need to link to WP. Why not write our own articles on that stuff instead? Theory of Practice "I never set out to hit anybody. It's just that a lot of people got hit." -- Andy Roberts 14:46, 25 April 2012 (UTC)

Hollywood values/Television[edit]

Please could you improve this sentence: "NBC also, quite famously, discovered just too late that the struggling spaceship show that they had just canceled would've been measured as one of their biggest hits had they applied the used of demographics just a few years earlier." I'd edit myself but I can't grasp your meaning. Kthxbye. --Ithaca (talk) 22:32, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

How's this sound? "NBC also discovered just too late that Star Trek, a seemingly low-rated show that they had just canceled, would've actually been measured as one of their biggest hits had they applied the used of demographics just a few years earlier." KevinR1990 (talk) 12:10, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
More fun, certainly, but it's the "used of demographics" part that's stopping me. Cheers. --Ithaca (talk) 13:36, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
Aw, shit, how did I miss that twice? Fixing it. KevinR1990 (talk) 17:43, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
Thanks mate. --Ithaca (talk) 17:58, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Linking to another wiki...[edit]

We generally shouldn't be doing that. Thanks. PowderSmokeAndLeather: Say something once, why say it again?.Moderator 00:03, 12 December 2013 (UTC)

I'll keep that in mind. Thanks! Won't do it again. KevinR1990 (talk) 18:22, 12 December 2013 (UTC)

The truth is out there[edit]

I think this is more than ready for mainspace. What say you? --Ymir (talk) 10:08, 18 March 2016 (UTC)

If you say so. I think it looks about ready, too. KevinR1990 (talk) 13:15, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
Soooo, are you going to move it into mainspace? I don't want to intrude on your userspace without permission. --Ymir (talk) 02:42, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
Eh, might as well. The new season just finished, might as well strike while the iron's hot. KevinR1990 (talk) 02:55, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
You're supposed to move pages using MediaWiki's page move feature, because that moves the edit history. I fixed it for you. --Ymir (talk) 05:11, 19 March 2016 (UTC)
Didn't know about that. Thanks! KevinR1990 (talk) 16:37, 19 March 2016 (UTC)

Your edit to Affinity fraud[edit]

Hey buddy! I undid your latest addition to the article on Affinity fraud - not because it was a bad contribution (it was in fact great); I just wanted to ask you to re-instate the edit but with a line or summarizing for the reader who this Al Seckel is and why it's relevant to the article. All the best, Reverend Black Percy (talk) 14:38, 13 April 2016 (UTC)

Done. I fleshed out my edit to Affinity fraud with a paragraph on Seckel's background and precisely what he did. KevinR1990 (talk) 16:46, 13 April 2016 (UTC)

Impressive edit on the TERFs page[edit]

Nice work! From someone living in the UK, it's quite accurate and I'm impressed at the quality of the section. Kudos! Minish (talk) 16:21, 17 October 2019 (UTC)

Thanks! Glad to see I got it right, even if I was mostly just summarizing two articles by actual Brits. ("Remember, kids, always cite your sources.") KevinR1990 (talk) 05:27, 18 October 2019 (UTC)
