Hey![edit]
Never noticed before, but RW seems to have picked up a decent number of Germanic/Norse (neo)pagan/heathen/Odinist/whatever-ish people. Nice to meet another one. Researcher 00:15, 18 December 2008 (EST)
- There are rational people in all religions, I suppose. ListenerXTalkerX 00:47, 18 December 2008 (EST)
- True, but the Nordic types are slightly over-represented on this wiki, compared to our overall numbers in the outside world. I know there is you, me, User:Norseman, and I think one or two others. Researcher 00:49, 18 December 2008 (EST)

Absolutely superb work on the article, thanks for fixing it up. I just wish I had something to give you. Here have a free internet beer. - User 00:28, 18 December 2008 (EST)

Washington Irving talk page[edit]
I have brought Talk: Washington Irving back from the dead (mwahahahaaa). This is because we have an unwritten policy not to delete talk pages which contain deletion discussions, for future refernces purposes. Basically it's so that if someone in the future tries recreating the article, they have a deletion discussion to refer to. Totnesmartin 14:47, 2 January 2009 (EST)
deleting attack pages[edit]
When you delete an attack page, like User:Betacommand, please make sure to fill out the reason parameter out of courtesy to the subject so the offensive content is not mirrored in the deletion log which is shown automatically every time the page is accessed in a deleted state. Presumably Betacommand does not want the text "The biggest prick on Wikipedia!" poping up every-time someone visits his userpage until he finally gets around to creating a userpage for himself (if he ever does), but now that cant be helped. Icewedge 22:30, 18 January 2009 (EST)

Just dropping into your page to randomly say "Hi, and have a good day" ĵ₳¥ášÇ♠ʘ wasn't me!
Do you really have nothing better to do?[edit]
First me and then Toast on the witch-hunt page. Stop being this guy. It makes you look like a douche who has nothing important to say. And that may well be the case, I don't know--but you certainly wouldn't want to draw attention to it. TheoryOfPractice 10:34, 26 February 2009 (EST)
- If you have nothing more productive to do than to call people names and such, you should not be complaining about my wasting time on grammar-Nazi tactics. ListenerXTalkerX 10:59, 26 February 2009 (EST)
I am not removing talk page comments[edit]
I removed vandalism/trolling/nonsense. There is no reason for that stuff to exist, and it is certainly not a legitimate topic. You always remove my trolling, after all. Fall down

- I think the one page-move was it. (Incidentally, does the vandal-bin protect against unlimited page-moves? I seem to recall we had trouble with this before.) ListenerXTalkerX 01:26, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
- That particular user was not in the vandal group, a problem that was fixed. Ole Tipsey's sock does not move pages any more. ĵ₳¥ášÇ♠ʘ In Soviet Russia, the pricey diode liberates YOU! 02:31, 29 April 2009 (UTC)
- Basically, I think the user got de-binned when the bin broke. Hopefully, people in the VB cannot do such silly things as move pages. Should we check with Nx to make sure? ħuman 03:07, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Please don't edit war me over my present to CUR[edit]

Re: Michele Bachmann[edit]
Sorry to hear you live in the 6th Congressional District ("One, sadly, learns to spell the names of the wingnuts in one's congressional delegation). Me? I live in Keith Ellison's, and all we do is make fun of the 6th district, and we don't care how her name is spelled, because she's still a bitch. But we sympathize for those forced to be embarrassed by her. The Goonie 1 00:38, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
- I do not live in Rep. Bachmann's district; I was referring to the fact that she and I reside in the same state, upon whose dignity she is quite a blot. ListenerXTalkerX 02:42, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
- AH, another Minnesotan. I know, isn't she an horrific embarrassment to our, otherwise, great state? The Goonie 1 03:20, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
Coltrane[edit]
I know you're the smartest kid in the class and all, but the church website calls it the "Saint John Will-I-Am Coltrane African Orthodox Church" and the title at the top of the page is simply "Saint John Coltrane Church." according to WP, the African Orthodox Church was founded in 1919, many years before 'Trane became an inspiration to the Kings, and they only became associated w/the AOC in 1982. Amin7b5 17:24, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
- At first I thought it was an article about the whole denomination. When I realized my blunder I figured we did not need a separate article for St. John's, since the AOC has canonized Mr. Coltrane. ListenerXTalkerX 17:39, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

Can you give me a few minutes. I just started writing this, and am trying to clean it up, but keep getting conflicts. thanks. :-)--En attendant Godot"«Poetry involves the mysteries of the irrational perceived through rational words. V.Nabokov» 20:28, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
- If you do not want conflicts of that sort, you should not use the Wiki's mainspace as a scratch-pad. ListenerXTalkerX 20:44, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, I disagree. it is general police here, at WP and other places to give people a bit of space when writing new articles. Do what you want, I'll keep reverting, and we'll get into an edit war. I do not happen to agree with your changes, by the way. This wiki has a stand on Family Value, on right wing hypocrisy, etc., that are acceptable. --En attendant Godot"«Poetry involves the mysteries of the irrational perceived through rational words. V.Nabokov» 20:47, 3 June 2009 (UTC)
- It isn't "general policy" here to do that. Hell, it's more like "general policy" for people to jump all over things they see on RC in the mainspace to help out. And what WP does is of no real bearing here at all. ħuman 05:23, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

Hey, buddy. I am talking to you[edit]
Fuck you man, I didnt upload a pic to "expose it to minors". For laugh purposes only. If you dont find it funny, then delete. I dont care either way but i had a giggle. But to state I did it to expose CUR to porn is laughable at best. Offensive at worst. Ace McWickedDisco Jesus 23:32, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

Merging WIGOs[edit]
I merged two of your WIGOs without checking the TWIGO page for the discussion. I hope this is acceptable. I didn't mean to go against your wishes, but it looks, from your TWIGO comments that maybe I did. I often screw up in this way, shooting first and doing research later. If this goes seriously against your wishes, feel free to set it back.
But the real reason for this message is that you speak of collecting Andy's last-wordism examples. Here's a really good one that I found earlier today, and might be worth WIGOing in its own right: [1]. Andy bitches about someone else's last-wordism with an edit comment of "final reply"! Enjoy! Gauss 02:46, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
- I was not talking about collecting several last-wordism examples, only mentioning that several diffs were needed to show the one example. Thank you for the tip. ListenerXTalkerX 02:54, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
My edits![edit]
Hello. I'm confuzzled by your deletions in my edit of Objectivism. :[ Explanation? Thanks. — Unsigned, by: Peripeteia / talk / contribs
- First deletion: It rather defeats the point of translating something out of jargon when the translation is an error-riddled paragraph twice the length of the original quote that says the exact same thing.
- Second deletion: Objectivist selfishness also entails a lack of consideration for others. ListenerXTalkerX 01:27, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
For the 1st deletion - Okay. For the 2nd deletion -I know that. I was just trying to show how silly their warped definition was. Thanks.

Moronic Vandalism[edit]
I just remembered today how I moronically vandalised the Fun:TK page a month ago. I was wondering how long it would last for and it turned out to be about 16 minutes. Good job! SJ Debaser 17:03, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
