Not used in English. for "und.so.weiter." use "etc." Pippa (talk) 20:03, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
- Doing a quick search through the web, I'm amazed that that really doesn't pop up. I found that in an Langenscheidt dictionary a few years back and was told by my English teacher (also a few years back) that it's the way to go (the guy studied English and lived in Wales for a year, so…) - although I was also told that etc was more used. Will try not to use it anymore. --★uːʤɱ secularist 20:12, 9 August 2011 (UTC)

?[edit]
I didn't drag M over to ASK, with or without brain cells. That he did himself. Furthermore, if you read closely, I don't condone what others are doing to him.
Otherwise, is cursing part of your "manlyhood"? steriletalk 16:12, 28 August 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, mabye a lot of that was unclear and in the wrong place. I didn't mean you. You IIRC didn't drag him anyway. Also, I meant all over this wiki and not ASK. You know, those people that when he for examples says something about ethics and the comeback is "Well, you made up your own religion!". That's what I mean with dragging. Again, you're on Maratreans side (as much as I am), so I did not mean you.
- As more as I get pissed (the American pissed, not the British pissed) as more I curse. In that case I was very pissed. Sorry if the language offended you. I don't need no "manlyhood", I hope I'm beyond that. --★uːʤɱ constructivist 17:47, 28 August 2011 (UTC)

"Rude"[edit]
PROTIP: Instead of saying "Russians/people who live in big cities are rude," think about it as "they have different ideas about what politeness constitutes of." These people still have standards about what "good manners" means--they're just not the same as yours. B♭maj7 “We are moving too fast for any label to stick.”-CLRJ 13:51, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry, that is kind of what I meant. "Rude" as in "will curse till the dusk of time and will call you names". That is off course only a language thing, and most Russians I know are really good people (and I grew up with Russians). I feel like I just made some racist comment…
- And I know people in big cities just have different much less verbial manners, I life in one. --★uːʤɱ anti-communist 13:57, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
Maratreanism symbol?[edit]
I've been meaning to ask... why do you have the Maratreanism symbol on your signature? Don't tell me he convinced you to abandon all reason, and you actually believe that shit? --Eira OMTG! The Goat be Praised. 21:51, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
- Click it. It leads to tolerance. Can you understand tolerance?--User:Brxbrx/sig 21:54, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
- I put it in there after Nutty put the same symbol shaped out of penises (or rather one penis) in his signature to piss off Maratrean. It's kind of a response to show some support that no matter how crazy your religion is, you still have a right to (1) speak it out loud (2) believe it and (3) to get enough repect from others not to get trolled for believing it. It doesn't matter if that is Christian fundamentalism, Judaism, very old stuff or just something you made up and believe in it now. So it's half in their to be pain in the ass and the the other half to uphold a value that we all share (at least I hope so).
- As far as believing that shit goes, I haven't even read his 300 something texts. And even if I wanted too I failed Pascal's Wager before. Maratrean and I have completely different viewpoints on many things, but that is fine with me. As they say in the rhineland "Jeder Jeck is' anders". --★uːʤɱ atheist 22:17, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
- My sigil is tons better, although I'm disappointed in myself for lacking the vision to somehow get more cocks into it. 23:15, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
Voting quote[edit]
“”But first, let us have a debate as to what methods of voting should be used, followed by one of when we should set deadline for the voting, then how many candidates(which should be voted upon), then what we should call them, then on what they do, then someone comes along whining about authoritarianism, then we vote as to how we will nominate them, who shall be eligible, and for how long the position will occur...

- Maybe it's me just being whiny, but the generalizations about "americans" "french" etc., sorta get on my nerves. There are 300 million americans, and at least 5% of them are muslim, and another 20% gets its just find and dandy. I'm not sure how we are more uninformed than anyone else about this religoin. or maybe i'm just whiny today.--Godot Warning, chocolate will make your clothes shrink 22:24, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
- What I meant from the original post was the average American that we mostly encounter (ok, that was misleading). And I hold no grudge for it. Most Americans have no reason ever to be informed about Islam as much as people are that actually life with Muslim all the time. As far as I can think back there were Muslims around, and so we did pick stuff up all the time. If I look at the generation before me, they know much less about Islam than I do. And it makes sense, Muslims weren't that heavily represented when they were in this age. Of course there are Americans, like those who are on this wiki, that are well informed about Islam. Many of you are extremely well educated in many fields, but there are also those dumb and partially ignorant fucks and intellectual thugs who just want too make a message on the basis of something they heard or some Islamic law that is just part of big framework that one can't understand without a wider education on the topic. Also, generalizations are much snappier. --★uːʤɱ libertarian 22:38, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
