Wow, that gematria article's horrible. I'll see if I can lend any assistance. —Kazitor, pending 11:53, 28 December 2017 (UTC)

Pipes in external links[edit]

Don't put pipes ( "|" ) in external links, as they are treated as part of the link. E.g. some text will raise an error, but this text works fine. That is, use [url text] rather than [url| text]. —Kazitor, pending 08:15, 15 January 2018 (UTC)

Got it.Antigem (talk) 08:43, 15 January 2018 (UTC)

Wrapping Up[edit]

Ok, I'm done for sure this time. I removed two links, one the source material was edited out and it would have just been taking my word for it. The other was not bad from a Gematria standpoint, but was an example of offensive subject matter as choice for a story. I could be convinced to put it back in, but it seemed out of place. I corrected a redundancy and linked the Pi page. Made one major addition to the prime numbers section. Now, if I don't stay away from this I'll keep obsessing over tiny details. So, how does this get promoted out of the sandbox and into being a full article?Antigem (talk) 10:55, 21 January 2018 (UTC)

If you're done, I'll have a look tomorrow (hopefully), correct or reword any errors, and you can say if that's right. Then I'll move it if all is good. As I've said before, excellent work! And of course, you could always continue to obsess over it after it's been moved... —Kazitor, pending 11:34, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
That would be awesome. I do plan to keep up with it. Add antonyms as I find them, document some of the stupider ideas. I've already told these guys that I refuse to let them win tue argument by default- just giving up. I giggle like a schoolgirl every time they edit their content after reading my blog. Now, I have archived original content! So thanks for that. (Which will be linked in today instead of the originals.). Thanks for your help and words of encouragement.Antigem (talk) 11:43, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
Um. A couple more things for you to mull over reviewing tomorrow...Not sold on the title. Modern Gematria, Conspiracy Gematria, Pseudo Gematria. Something else might be better. And just like I linked in the original Gematria article it is appropriate to link the new article to the original page. I would say, "This is the classical version of Gematria based on historical development of coding numbers into words and comparing sections of religious texts. If you want to see the recent practice as used by conspiracy theorists see New Gematria". Finally, on a completely different note: When you click on the Recent Changes, what do the different font sizes mean?Antigem (talk) 13:24, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
"Gematria (conspiracy theories)"? And if by different font sizes you mean some are bold (or they appear different sizes on the mobile version?), that indicates pages on your watchlist. —Kazitor, pending 21:10, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
I presume then that the title of the article would be Gematria (Conspiracy Theories) and all references to New Gematria would be edited to just gematria. I'm fine with that. I trust your judgment. I'll have to find a replacement antonym, now....Antigem (talk) 21:42, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
That was just a suggestion. It might be best to stick with New Gematria. —Kazitor, pending 21:48, 21 January 2018 (UTC)
It really doesn't matter to me. In short order I found a replacement joke. In the original numbering system CONSPIRACY THEORY GEMATRIA=288, making it two (too) gross. Might keep NG and work that into the references.Antigem (talk) 21:53, 21 January 2018 (UTC)

Insects[edit]

Your user page mentions "settling for insects" rather than being a paleontologist. This is extremely exciting because nobody here besides me seems to have a particular no fascination with arthropods. Are you an entomologist or just a hobbyist or what? /spɻɪgi:nə/ (/tɑ:k/) (/kɑntʃrɪbju:ʃʊnz/) @ 23:59, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

I have a B.S. in Entomology from Penn State University. I would have loved to find a job in the field, but did not have the money to pay for acquiring a masters. So, it's more like a hobby in practice, now. But I have my mind cluttered with all kinds of tidbits about Malpghian Tubules and raptorial forelegs and what not.Antigem (talk) 00:10, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
Cool! It's too bad about your degree, though. Do you keep any as pets? /spɻɪgi:nə/ (/tɑ:k/) (/kɑntʃrɪbju:ʃʊnz/) @ 00:12, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
Haven't had a pet insect since my praying mantis during college days.Antigem (talk) 00:21, 24 January 2018 (UTC)
@Spriggina When I saw you wrote the Brown Recluse article I thought you might be interested in this loxsoceles at psu It shows how difficult it is to distinguish between species and also I know for a fact that these guys made their way out of the steam tunnels and into the university buildings. At least we had them in the lab I worked.Antigem (talk) 10:26, 27 January 2018 (UTC)
That is really interesting! I didn't know that any recluses could survive in Pennsylvania, but I can see how Mediterranean spiders could survive in the steam tunnels there since they're very humid. /spɻɪgi:nə/ (/tɑ:k/) (/kɑntʃrɪbju:ʃʊnz/) @ 15:40, 27 January 2018 (UTC)

Antonym List[edit]

@Kazitor As I intend to add antonyms to the gematria table as I uncover them I would like to know that someone is double checking. You have placed yourself in the unfortunate position of my first choice. First, you demonstrated interest and knowledge in the conspiracy application of gematria as used these days. Second, you understand grammar. Specifically, without a computer and ability to force sections of a thesaurus in my method is to latch on to a word with a lot of synonyms, then record the values. Then search antonyms with matching values. I may be getting some watered down results where I'm matching synonyms and antonyms with different definitions. Today is a good example. While working on SALIENT I found different antonyms comparing DISTINGUISHED and SIGNIFICANT. Not sure the results are truly antonyms. *I* think INAPPRECIABLE and FOREMOST are at least near antonyms, but who am I to decide? I'd like someone's review with an eye toward what an unbiased reviewer of what the list would think. Antigem (talk) 13:09, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

So basically, as you add stuff to the list, I can feel free to remove stuff if I don't think they're quite antonyms? I guess I can handle that. —Kazitor, pending 22:51, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

Your article was vandalised![edit]

I suppose that's something to be proud of. —Kazitor, pending 04:53, 14 February 2018 (UTC)

This blog of yours[edit]

Me again! Just wondering what/where this blog you keep mentioning is. —Kazitor, pending 05:57, 12 March 2018 (UTC)

For purposes of plausible deniability I will mail you the link.Antigem (talk) 09:06, 12 March 2018 (UTC)

@Kazitor This is Antigem. I’m currently experiencing issues logging in. I bought a new phone and have settings to adjust. I feel I’m on the right track as I used to get a “could not establish a secure connection” error for everything, now I only get that error for the top menu bar. (Create account/login, etc....) I’m wondering if this may be since I’m still only using a mobile? I’ll play more. In the unlikely event somebody has a numerology emergency my blog is open to comments. In the meantime, this signature shows my current IP address.2600:387:3:800:0:0:0:7D (talk) 11:07, 15 March 2018 (UTC)

I hear that there are issues with SSL from IPv6 (which, judging by that edit, I have a sneaking suspicion you're using). So the problem lies with the server, not you. Try removing the s in https? Unless you have some way of using an IPv4 address. Also I don't know if you tried, but I haven't received any email giving the location of this blog. —Kazitor, pending 11:14, 15 March 2018 (UTC)
I’m no expert, but this sounds like a real problem. If I get redirected by clicking a link I don’t see how I get the opportunity to alter the address by taking out the s in https. I have a friend who works IT and has an IPhone so he might have some insight. As for mail, I had used the Mail this user option last week. As far as contacting me the blog is not necessary as I immediately got notified with your edit to this watch listed page. If you really are interested in checking out to see what an evil, sarcastic prick I am the blog is mindelessfreeks.blogspot.com. Some days are better than others. If you want to see a good day my Copyright violations or Satanic Math post are probably the kind of thing that one of my readers saw that recommended me to write the article here. Search feature enabled at the bottom of the home page.2600:387:3:800:0:0:0:7D (talk) 11:32, 15 March 2018 (UTC)
@Kazitor Don’t know if this is permanent or not. Antigem (talk) 14:03, 15 March 2018 (UTC)
Enjoying what little bits of the blog I've briefly skimmed over. Thanks for the link :) —Kazitor, pending 05:53, 16 March 2018 (UTC)

Middle Name[edit]

Quick question: you said a few months ago that Washington State verified that "Zachary Keene Hubbard" was never a school teacher? His middle name is actually "Keefe", not "Keene". Not sure if this matters at all or not, but if it does, something we should check up on. Aaronmichael5 1:00, 9 December 2020 (UTC).

The “Keene” was the typo. When I searched the public records years ago I had the Keefe part correct.Antigem (talk)

Hubbard came back[edit]

He says (near the end) of This 20 minute rant from last week that what you put in about him being a school teacher is incorrect. Aaronmichael5 19:54, 5 March 2021 (UTC)

Well, since I’m wrong I’ll take it down. As soon as I see a copy of the teaching certificate or other verifiable evidence that what resulted from actual research (instead of “Because Zach said so”)is shown. Not sure if you noticed, but he is a compulsive liar /s.Antigem (talk)
