Autopatrolled[edit]
Because of your edits to and time on the wiki, Autopatrolled has been added to your user rights. This lets you bypass most of the abuse filters, bypass the CAPTCHA, and edit more frequently. If you have questions, bleat ask away.
We hope you enjoy your newfound POWER — and these external tools:
- Google Scholar Button (Chrome, Firefox) searches your highlighted text in Google Scholar. Easily check academic citations!
- web.archive.org and archive.today, among other tools, can save permanent copies of webpages. Never lose a crank website or racist Tweet ever again! Christopher (talk) 18:16, 12 June 2017 (UTC)
- Ah, so Autopatrolled is a good thing! And just as I was thinking I should probably ask about a ReCaptcha™less mode... (since some types of test don't load for me) -- love, Love
- HeeEeEeeyyyYyyy can you sign your posts? You can set 'love, Love' as a signature in your preferences, just put the brackets around it. Like, [[User:Love|love,]] [[User talk:Love|Love]]. Thanks! Also, happy demotion! Koidevelopment (talk) 19:25, 12 June 2017 (UTC)
- I would've, but I still had yet to get my signature working. Also: the extra indentations, I added as a stylistic choice because the bullet points in the Autopatrolled template indent their text the same amount. (Don't expect it to become a habit.) ... *sigh* Maybe some day I'll be demoted to the depths of sysop, but I don't think I edit enough to be likely to run into that. ~ ♥ 21:08, 12 June 2017 (UTC)

Good job[edit]
...reverting that vandalism!—Hamburguesa con queso con un cara (talk • stalk) 04:12, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- Th-Thanks. To be honest, my heart's still pounding a little bit, but since he seemed to have so much to say on some of the forms I, Love, can take, I had to step in. ~ ♥ 04:24, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
Sysop[edit]
Because of your edits to and time on the wiki, wizard Sysop has been added to your user rights. Feel free to let your newfound POWER course through your veins. Once the high wears off, see RationalWiki:Sysop guide for more information. If you have questions, bleat ask away. Christopher (talk) 14:44, 13 June 2017 (UTC)
- Dootdootdootdoooo, level up! Thanks for the sys-mop; it came in handy. I'll want to do some more reading on RationalWiki:Blocking_policy, though, before I invoke powers more destructive than the vandalbin. ~ ♥ 03:13, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
Why[edit]
Did you archive a userpage? (This message and all replies will soon be sent down the memory hole lost as an unfortunate side effect of Tim Starling messing around. Christopher (talk) 17:03, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
- Why? Why, to have something to restore from, of course! Somehow, I could feel it, using my intuition, that an archive would come in handy. (Of course, I could've simply just found the right revision to click Edit and Save page from, but this is 120% faster.) ~ ♥ 13:24, 1 July 2017 (UTC)
Now pinging via every means known to catkind[edit]

Koi and I seem to have confirmed that pinging is broken. ~ ♥ 10:45, 22 July 2017 (UTC)
- I saw someone ping me in the saloon (the user rights change stuff) and I didn't get a notification, it's definitely broken. Christopher (talk) 10:48, 22 July 2017 (UTC)
To the contrary, my dear...[edit]
While appreciate your kind words and good intentions, I'd like to be perfectly frank in return — the way friends are — and humbly offer you a 'motto' of mine.
The moment I don't express the need to self-correct is the moment I become categorically incorrect. No, really: the person who has never been wrong is — for that reason — definitionally untrustworthy.
Without misses, there can be no hits. And like someone once said; "You can learn a lot from your mistakes when you're not busy denying them." All the best, Reverend Black Percy (talk) 17:37, 30 July 2017 (UTC)

The new messages thing[edit]
Did some testing, debugging, then further testing and found:
if you change the displaytitle line on that page to {{DISPLAYTITLE:User talk:Love}}
, it'll show the name of the logged-in user (note: not class, id). —Kazitor, pending 21:13, 19 December 2017 (UTC)

Just... why? Fuzzy. Cat. Potato! (talk/stalk) 06:04, 11 August 2018 (UTC)
- Why...? Why why? Why is there a sudden preponderance of "why" on my talk page? ~ ♥ 19:42, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
- Oh, that. I think there was some "april fools day" type stuff going on then. As I recall, it was because everyone thought the database was going to be rolled back (but that turned out not to be what Tom Servo meant) ~ ♥ 19:44, 13 August 2018 (UTC)
