Harassment/Drama |

If the following isn't Nazi transhumanism, what is it?
Ites (talk) 21:18, 17 June 2019 (UTC) Karlin is 30 years old natalist who lives in his mother's basement who bangs on about increasing fertility rates but has no children of his own -- same as all the other alt-right natalist freaks like Mark Collett (38 years old and talks about "traditional large families") but has no kids of his own) You weirdo incels really do make my day, thanks for the laugh.

Akarlin was incorrectly blocked[edit]
"ProVegan" isn't Karlin, and I'm not "Inthecavee". They blocked a bunch of accounts wrongly thinking they're other people. I personally think the "ProVegan" edits were on mission and corrected some inaccuracies e.g. Karlin has now one peer-reviewed article (when the article was written a year or more back he didn't). The "ProVegan" edits weren't also promotional, they merely added some anti-vegan comments Karlin had written.Oak (talk) 19:15, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
- are u asking us to unblock the white supremacist neoreactionary whose main recent contribution was this? EK (talk) 19:32, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
- "ProVegan's" edit(s) weren't bad and improved the article, so should be accepted rather than reverted - that was my main point. As for blocks, I've only ever supported blocking if someone did harassment such as doxing or serious threats; this explains for example Emil Kirkegaard's ban. I don't see a valid reason to block Karlin since he's not done this; he also never sockpuppeted to edit his own article (ProVegan isn't him).Oak (talk) 19:49, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
- ok cut to the chase, was provegan you? are you smith back again? why do you care about karlin being blocked? EK (talk) 20:07, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
- I'm not Vegan/pro-Vegan so wouldn't choose that name; while I oppose factory-farming (primarily because of carbon dioxide/methane emissions and deforestation), I'm pro-hunting for food (which can actually help protect biodiversity i.e. many animal populations need to be controlled in number to prevent overgrazing). Veganism to me also seems redundant since the near future will mostly be clean meat. As for why I posted here, my interest was simply someone blocked "Inthecavee" as me (not my account) and then I realised Karlin was incorrectly blocked as "ProVegan". I do plan to go back to adding a few more articles, but will do on another account in the next few weeks or month. Oak (talk) 21:19, 16 September 2019 (UTC)

kek looks like it wasnt a bad idea EK (talk) 02:29, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
- The article is still filled with misrepresentations. I'm not a white nationalist, but Russian nationalist. Politically, Western Russophobes made me a pro-Putin Russian patriot, while Putin himself has gradually made me a Putin-cynical Russian nationalist. That said, politics is the mind-killer, so I prefer not to attach too many labels to myself. But to briefly summarize, I subscribe to virtue ethics on the personal level, nationalism at the national level, and effective altruism at the universal level. Broadly, I support what works. Akarlin remains incorrectly blocked (Apr 2024)[edit]
I was blocked from editing RW on false charges of sock puppetry in 2019. In April 2024, in light of the increasing weaponization of this page to harass me IRL on the part of a persistent stalker, I made it more of a priority to resolve the problem I have with RW - namely, its hit piece against me. Intent on doing everything by the book, I submitted an appeal through the Discord support channel. This was denied on false allegations of... you guessed it, sock puppeting - again. Response to this: (1) I do not use socks on RW and never have. But even if I did, why would I do that - with handles such as "Nooceleration" (the title of my blog!) that are an obvious dumb attempt to link them to me - to edit articles in the full knowledge that any such edits would be quickly reverted? (2) Why would I choose Aporia as my edit target? I am not affiliated with Aporia. (I am inaccurately characterized as a White Nationalist within it, but I am inaccurately characterized throughout RW). I have no interest in editing Aporia beyond any other article on RW. (3) Most importantly, why would I do this simultaneously with launching an appeal, and basically guaranteeing it fails? It's very obviously sabotage. The mods presumably know that on Wikis anyone can pretend to be anybody. Many people were aware of the appeal, both here and on the Discord; any one of dozens of people could have done the sock puppetry, including my stalker. So what this looks like from my end is that the mods conspired to make it impossible for me to appeal the lies about me on my RW page by banning my account on false charges of sock puppeting back in 2019, and continue to keep it banned through this lame dog and pony show. Meanwhile, in the event I create a second account, it will presumably be immediately banned as well for ban evasion. Furthermore, Bongolian then seems to have effectively punished me for my temerity in submitting a ban appeal by adding another 7,000 words to my article. (I just noticed it now includes insinuations that I am a pedophile from Colin Liddell, an actual Neo-Nazi - RW only cites the best, LOL). In light of this, my modest remaining questions are as follows: (1) I deny ever running sock puppets on RW (or Wikipedia). Is the official RW mod position that I am lying and that I will remain banned on this basis indefinitely? (2) If so, what are my actual remaining options to contest my hit piece? (Knowing that any attempts to appeal the ban the official recommended way will be denied on the basis of sock puppeting claims, while creating a second account would constitute ban evasion and actual "sock puppeting"). (3) This is more idle curiosity than anything else, but here goes. I deny being a WN, or ever having been one. This has been a consistent position, and very few outside the Far Left ever defined me that way (the famous map of neoreaction placed me close to Robin Hanson and Steve Hsu). These days I often mock rightoids on my X and many of them hate me as a Jew/shitlib/queer/whatever, and I am basically an extreme liberal on most matters including LGBTQ+ maxxing and Open Borders, see Soypill Manifesto. However, in light of my support for human intelligence enhancement, both previously and today, I can see why the most extreme anti-hereditarians or anti-eugenics people might beg to differ (here, ironically, Far Left and fundie positions tend to intersect). That said, even if you grant that premise, do you not think it is rather amusing that my article is several times as long as that of, say, Richard B. Spencer - you know, the guy who actually invented the Alt Right, sieg heiled, beat his wife, etc? And what did I do as alleged "associate" and "poster boy" for Spencer - I met him a grand total of one time. But for some reason, it's I who get the gargantuan article scouring and cherry picking [*] anything edgy and Far Right coded I ever said over perhaps 10 millions of words of blogging and shit posting on Twitter. What is the logic in this? (beyond "owning" and harassing me to a comically disproportionate degree) [*] Obviously my article makes no mention of my COVID coverage including the Jan 2020 prediction of millions of deaths, my consistent support for equity feminism, Nordic family policies, artificial wombs, animal rights, etc., etc. because it goes against the narrative that I am a Far Right extremist. --Akarlin (talk) 21:08, 22 April 2024 (UTC) |
