- I second that. I've looked around at his stuff, and commentaries thereon, and he really does believe this. He was granted permission to give a talk about it at MIT several years ago. I didn't attend, but I've seen video clips of parts. He's quite proud of the imprimatur that the MIT talk allegedly gives him. He didn't mention that it was an Independent Activities Period (IAP) talk. Such things are fun activities, during the period between semesters, when students are blowing off steam, and are often quite wacky. In many cases the lecture hall is filled with ... how shall I put this? ... much aerodynamic research on flight vehicles made of paper. I believe this was the case during the Gene Ray lecture. All I see in Time Cube is a lesson on critical thinking. Don't believe everything you hear or are taught. Think for yourself and outside the box. The whole thing about christianity and god being evil is his way of saying that to have "faith" is to lose "intuition." When you become blinded by your own beliefs you lose the ability to see from any other perspective, and that becomes dangerous. Its like saying the color of that apple is red, when in reality, it is all colors but red, since red is the only color that the apple reflects. The whole idea is to decide for yourself and not worry if you sound bat shit crazy like he does.

I feel the warp overtaking me...[edit]
So, I think I'm finally understanding a bit of Time Cube, at least the four corner stuff. Basically, if we pick an arbitrary point (call it point A) than at the beginning of the day ("sun up") it is also "midday" at Point B, "sun down" at Point C, and "midnight" at Point D. A 1/4 of a day later (and I use day here in the conventional sense of the term), it is now "midday" at Point A and the other locations are now "sun down", "midnight", and "sun up". Continue for a full day, and each Point has had it's own sun up, midday, sun down, and midnight. 4 spatial points, 4 temporal points, and if you multiply them (for no apparent reason) you get 16.
The thing is, there's no reason to pick sun up, etc. It's entirely arbitrary. If I divided the day into 16ths, I could start my own website about how the day has 16 corners (and 256 dimensions) and that you are educated stupid. Perceptron (talk) 22:29, 28 June 2011 (UTC)

This is science as it should be![edit]
Time Cube made easy: every day contains four days. Why? Because when it's 12:00 noon in one place, it's 12:00 midnight on the opposite side of the globe, and 6:00 AM somewhere else, and 6:00 PM on the opposite side of that. And they all turn at the same time. QED.
Now God in the Bible creates one day at a time. This shows that Dr. Gene Ray, Cubic, is wiser than God. (Not that God actually exists.)
The four corners of the earth are the homes of the four races. It is wrong for the races to mix together. The two poles represent the sexes. For those who want to know why there are four sides rather than six, it is because of the spin.
Evil educators either do not understand Time Cube, or do not want you to know about Time Cube. In the first case they are stupid, in the second case they are evil. You too are stupid and evil if you reject Time Cube.
If you have trouble letting go of your preconceived ideas about one day = one day, or A = A, then don't be too hard on yourself. Just take things one day at a time. ERROR! ERROR! I mean, four days at a time.
PS. How do we really know that (-1) x (-1) = (+1), anyway? Who decided?

Cubic time[edit]
Should the section on cubic time and the four corner day be broken off and explained in more detail? It is more nuanced of an idea than we give it credit for and if explained clearly people sort of tilt their head side-to-side and go "well I kind of guess its true, but not really". There are actually 30 timezones on Earth so you could equally say we have 30 simultaneous days. - π 01:08, 20 May 2012 (UTC)

- So 1 days is stupid, and infinite days is stupid. By logic (the kind that only the Wisest Human can understand because he's Doctor of Cubism not ONEist educated stupid evil queer), 30 days is also stupidity. --66.151.103.8 (talk) 15:31, 22 July 2013 (UTC)

Can confirm meaning of Gene Ray's "queer"[edit]
It's difficult to decipher Gene Ray's crazy gibberish, but I've noted a phrase from his website, saying "fictitious queer same sex transformation," which likely indicates he means "queer" in the homophobic sense. He also seems to talk about a sort of male-female binary related to his time cube when he says "Creation is Cubic Opposites, 2 Major Corners & 2 Minor. Mom/Dad & Son/Daughter, NOT taught Evil ONEism, which VOIDS Families." Derp cat (talk) 16:12, 17 December 2015 (UTC)
- The page has a section on this: Time Cube#Queers. Carpetsmoker (talk) 16:21, 17 December 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, I am aware of this. The article suggests his usage "may be" homophobic, and I'm trying to indicate that it "is very likely" to be homophobic because of the context he seems to use queer in. If anything, he seems to think homosexuality and possibly transgender people are part of this "ONEness" that he rants about, that perhaps not adhering to a "traditional" binary violates his 4 day binary nature delusion. That's an appeal to nature, by the way. Perhaps I'm just being silly over the word usage, but I think that section could use some revision.Derp cat (talk) 19:21, 17 December 2015 (UTC)

Should the recent rant be moved here? Anna Livia (talk) 11:45, 16 November 2018 (UTC)
- No. That rant was the action of a troll who wanted to see how long it took him to get banned. Please don't mention it again. Spud (talk) 14:30, 16 November 2018 (UTC)
- 'No harm in asking' (and I did call it a rant).

Time Cube, Stuff that isn't 100% wrong[edit]
I am trying to be open minded and judge this thing on merit not 'ad hominum' Please don't take this as support of Gene Ray (or his values), This is only truth found/made in/from the garbage. (Most involved deleting 'ONEism', 'CUBIC', 'STUPID EDUCATED' and similar nonsense) This only works OUT OF CONTEXT of the BS though!
Page 1:
If a Man cannot tear a page from the bible and burn it - then he cannot be a scientist. ('The Good Book says...' - on the fire it goes)http://atheistnexus.org/forum/topics/list-immoralities-in-the-new-testament
You are taught Evil, You act Evil, You are the Evil on Earth. (Yes we are, not because of 'ONEism' though)
Watch for Giant Erasor as there is a great danger of the human Word Animal being self-erased. (Global warming)
You have a god like brain, wasted if you believe in ONE. (Humans are massively more advanced than other species)
You worship an evil god who allows babies to starve to death while you gorge? (Umm... Makes sense I suppose)
No human has a right to believe wrong - for that would be evil thinking. (One of the main problems is traditional closedmindedness justified by openness being 'evil')
The Universe is composed of Opposites - existing only as Opposites - with a zero value existence - cancelling to nothing as a singularity. (All the Energy in the universe cancels to 0)
Killing you is not immoral - but justified to save life on Earth for future generations. (There are only so many resources to go around. Wasting them on Gene Ray (and other nutters) means less for everyone else.)
Americans do not deserve life. (Trump is living proof)
but instead worship a jew who claims to make people out of dirt - when the body is 90 percent water. (Religion is silly like that)
Keep ignoring me you evil asses and observe the slaughter of your children protecting the oil barons ripping off their families back home. The enemy is back home, not in foreign lands. (Same if you listen to his BS. BS wont change the corruption in the system. Corruption does exist though.)
You were educated to live an evil lie - and your heirs will suffer hell for your stupidity. (The Lie: 'Some Values never become outdated' and other Conservative Outdated Traditions)
Religious Word is a fictitious Trojan Horse and the most efficient form of human enslavement ever concocted. (The Point of Religion is to convince people to work together through fear)
When adults go to heaven, children still living on Earth will burn in the hell that adults created for them. Love of God is hate for child. Schools teach religious evil. (Global warming, not that anyone GOES to heaven. They actually cease to exist.)
Opposite sexes created you. (Most people are born sexually.)
Santa vital to Christmas - No Santa - no Christmas. Why credit Santa LIE with gifts that parents buy their children? It bribes the child mind to accept false Santa spirit and false god spirit deceit associated with it. (Actually a somewhat good point, Christmas is largely an advert for Christ (and a way to make money))
Believers are Evil - for not measuring. Result of belief is dying stupid - you can know. (Belief is Stupid)
Do you really believe that your Jew God screwed a hole in the ground to create Adam and Eve out of dirt, at the same time that woman existed in the nation of NOD, Nation of Damsels from where Cain got wife? (Religious Contradictions)
The universe does not exist, except as opposites - with a zero value existence. Add the opposites together and the universe ceases to exist. (If all energy and matter formed from energy merged into nothing, everything WOULD cease to exist)
If the United States buries 80,000 tons of nuclear waste inside Mother Earth, for our children to inherit, then Americans will be the most evil bastards to ever inhabit a planet. (Radiation leaks kill, Americans are already evil cos Americans elected Trump and all the dictators leading the U.S. Banana Republics.)
Faith IS NOT knowledge, but evil of not measuring. (To have faith is to be blind to reason. Faith is 'firm belief in something for which there is no proof' by its very definition.)
Your future is your plundered past. Today, you have the opportunity to make tomorrow better than yesterday. To do less, is a crime against children. (Make the world a better place is reasonable.)
It is an evil government of evil adults to bury 77,000 tons of nuclear waste in the Nevada mountains as a heritage for their children, and keep on making it. (Nuclear power is horrible again (especially when nuclear power plants lose money over their lifetime without subsidies and are 100% Ideological))
Man invented word, and calls it god. (Jewish god was called 'L' after the letter)
Explain the physics of a god. Belief has no inherent value. (Why does science contradict religion again... GOD has no physics. Belief is not fact.)

- Some points will have to be clarified - asses as contrasted to donkeys; and in which sense does God screw earth that 'he' created? (Macbeth 'Screw your courage to the sticking place,') Is it paradoxical to have faith in a scientific explanation? And the development of language does give power and capability that Is not otherwise accessible. Anna Livia (talk) 22:28, 16 June 2019 (UTC)
