CP Main Page[edit]
I just posted on the discussion that International Commie Day should be put on the main page. Give me some support and see if we can actually get it on there! GodlessLiberal 22:03, 30 April 2007 (CDT)
- If we support it, it's less likely to happen. Let Kakajoob run with it. I was wondering if May Day would make the conservablog front page... great job, if it works! human 22:49, 30 April 2007 (CDT)
- It got on, but Cujo figured it out and decided to be a dick about it. Check it out. Oh, and the main page discussion about it is BEAUTIFUL GodlessLiberal 16:48, 1 May 2007 (CDT)
<3 UBX[edit]
I just noticed your new userbox. Clever. But I think it should be 'fewer' rather than 'less'. GodlessLiberal 18:03, 9 May 2007 (CDT)
- Thanks :) It used to say >1K, but then I saw some hater using it for 3000, so thought I'd mock it. You're right, fewer is quantity, less is the other thing. And loess is windblown silt. It now says XXX. I'm making a file called userboxes at cp to comment on current UXB vandalism directed against "us". For instance, the cabal box was radically altered. So I went to raw code for it... the sid box is gone, so I made, sort of, one for him. human 18:52, 9 May 2007 (CDT)
Asking how[edit]
"By the way, I am about to start deleting conservative comments from cp! And with full rights to do so. Ask me how ;) human 23:43, 10 May 2007 (CDT)"
- So how? -Icewedge 10:39, 11 May 2007 (CDT)
- See cp:User/Human:Who_will_liberals_support_for_President_in_2008?#Con. I had made a debate topic on it, but hoji recommendened I move it to "my" space, since I was reserving the right to edit "crap" out. There is now a lib, con, and centrist version. I meant them to be sort of like mini-caucuses, a distillation of the thoughts of "like minds". jpatt has been commenting all over the lib one, and has clogged up a bunch of space under Edwards/con, and is getting nasty. So I asked him/her to stop (I felt so assfly-like!). This weekend I'll probably delete all the trollish crap, and he has no recourse, since it's my "castle". Even though it looks like a normal debate page. Hehe, a place on cp where "your" conservative drivel is not welcome!
- Somebody better warn me if it is one of their socks... human 12:11, 11 May 2007 (CDT)
Anti-project propaganda?[edit]
Which edit earned you a two-hour ban by Ed? --Sid 07:51, 13 May 2007 (CDT)
- I was banned by Ed for two hours? When? human 12:13, 13 May 2007 (CDT)
- 08:27, 13 May 2007 Ed Poor (Talk | contribs) blocked "Human (contribs)" with an expiry time of 2 hours (anti-project propaganda)
- (Time is default server time, so EDT, I guess). --Sid 12:32, 13 May 2007 (CDT)
- Wow, don't tell Ed, but he banned me in my sleep! How did you find the ban notice? The list I have found only lists "currently" banned users & IPs. Time to go change my uxb, I guess! Oh, and to answer your question, I have no idea what I did. It could be for general attitude, I suppose, but that seems odd. I did engage in a little spat with Bohdan last night, that TK intruded on briefly, but we kissed and made up before drinking heavily and having messy buttsex. human 12:53, 13 May 2007 (CDT)
- Time zone shift. In Germany, it had been 2-3pm or so. So I spotted it in the recent changes. And it still can be found it in your Block Log (even though few people randomly check those while they're not banned, of course), which is just a filtered version of the global log of all blocks ever assigned. --Sid 13:03, 13 May 2007 (CDT)
namespace chaos[edit]
Looks like CP is trolling for it. Nice idea though, if it keeps them busy.PalMDtalk 11:41, 14 May 2007 (CDT)
- Hey Dr. Pal, I don't think I caught your reference on that one? I do realize that most of the sysops have very little or no understanding of what a "namespace" is in wiki terms, but you must be meaning something specific and recent? O do you mean the recent little TKidge on my talk page president debate thing? human 12:03, 14 May 2007 (CDT)
- I was talking about all the debate pages by user human that CPAdmin was moving around...maybe that wasn't overt vandalism?PalMDtalk 12:36, 14 May 2007 (CDT)
- Ironically, I think he/it was fixing a mistake our hoji made when he moved those "debates" to my userspace. He swapped the : and the /. So cpa was actually fixing it. conservative do gooooood! for once!
- PS, you don't mind when I call you Dr. Pal, do you? Assfly doesn't notice when I call him ashfly... human 21:06, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
Testing....[edit]
Instead of poking fun at me you want to help. Say i included this template in a user box template, how would i make it float outside the userbox column? -Icewedge 20:54, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- My first response is that the hacks you are pulling off are way beyond my primitive wikibilities. You never told me how you did that thing that made a page uneditable, for instance. So, anyway, istead of it turning up under every UXB, you want it out to the left in the main user article space? I take it this is a land mine you are going to infect CP with? (by the way, a funnier thing is to edit their UXBs to make them stupid, like some asshole wrecked the cabal UXB)
- How about a single line, that says "this user is XYZ", where "XYZ" is pulled from a short list of possible random words, like "gay", "a virgin", "assfly's fellatrist", etc.? Can you pull that off?
- Anyway, I think what you want to do will be tough - isn't the uxb template basically a table, with alignment and some sort of text-wrap instruction, like the image tag?
- Clue me in more and I'll try to help. Wiki resources for doing this stuff? human 21:01, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- This thing im doing i think is actually pretty clever. Observe. I was spamming the parent userbox template last night and ashlafly locked it...but he didn't revert all my edits so the user page of my sock User:Box was included in as a template :). This means that whatever I do to that scoks page is immediately transfered to all the userboxes and then on to the user pages with userboxes on them. What i am trying to do is put a kind of recrutment banner on top of all there userpages saying "icewedge wants you to vandalize conservapedia". The best thing is that i figured out a way to make it almost untraceable. It should be worth a good 15 minutes of confusion over at CP.
- Dont mess with it right now if we use skill we can cause a bit of chaos at CP. -Icewedge 21:15, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- Oh, I won't mess with it!
- Dont mess with it right now if we use skill we can cause a bit of chaos at CP. -Icewedge 21:15, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- Anyway, with that awesome power at your fingertips, why on earth make it obvious vandalism? Why not insert tiny little things, like a semi colon, just to fuck up people's pages? Then a couple of dashes? Then a "#$%$%@ it!". Try to go as long as you can, days if possible, with very small things, then after a week, you get to finally swap it to "Ricewedge Pwned You!" Even at that point, most users will probably just think it is a problem "with their set" and try to adjust the controls. Sweet pwnage takes time & subtlety. OK, I know you are specializing in big hit and runs, but still. Uze yr skilz! human 21:21, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- Hell, there on to me, oh well, ive played my hand look here.
- God dam Bohdan.-Icewedge 22:17, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- What did you do, the favorite user box? By the way, if you're around, I want to know how you made that "no edit this page" thing. Was thinking of putting "retired" boxes on all my pages and making it hard for people to fix... alternatively, how about some fun? Can you icewedge all my pages tonight? If yes, I'll list the addresses here (there are a handful). human 22:56, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- To make a page hard to edit put this in its source "<big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><big>(Any Text)</big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></big>"

I try now User_talk:Huw_Powell/test
- Well, isn't that the balls? Can sysops easily revert it? human 23:36, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
But when I add this:
This user no longer raises the average IQ on Conservapedia.
It becomes editable again :(. or does it? Shit, forgot to save, only previewed!
- The sysops can edit it but it takes like a minute an article to get rid of once its of the recent changes. When its on the revent changes they can just click history. -Icewedge 12:29, 17 May 2007 (CDT)
I have been reported for "abuse" - and banned![edit]
and I only found out by accident (I went to see what "box"'s issue was, icewedge, wouldn't ya know?). Follows the text:[1]
- Human Declared Conservatives are actually not welcome on this one tiny little corner of CP. Who_will_liberals_support_for_President_in_2008. Liberals can post anywhere Conservatives not allowed.--jp 01:40, 14 May 2007 (EDT)
- What JP, fails to mention here, is that this took place on Human’s user page.
- Human asked that users who self identify as conservatives not post on his personal user page asking liberal users who they would support as president but rather to post on his user page asking conservatives who they would support—that seems to be a very reasonable request (which JP chose, knowingly, to ignore). He seems to have been acting under the assumption that his user page was his castle and he could tell people who could post where on it. This doesn’t seem like abuse at all, but rather making a reasonable request that is well in line with the Conservapedia policy that a user has the right to decided how his user page is treated.--Reginod 11:42, 14 May 2007 (EDT)
- Hi Liberal Reg, I am fine with what Human says however, people like you will comment on Republicans even though they are not one. Must be fair all they way around in order for his system to work. Otherwise, you'll have a section of liberal false hoods without rebuttal.--jp 15:11, 14 May 2007 (EDT)
- I count at least three errors of fact in your first sentence, allow me to clear them up. My name is neither “Liberal Reg” nor “Reg”, I identify as a Libertarian and not a liberal, and I have not posted to the conservative page and have no plans to do so. The first two are minor mistakes, but the third strikes me as a serious accusation (that I will violate the castle that is another user’s page and that I am a hypocrite). I would ask that you be clear about the facts before you accuse me of anything in the future.--Reginod 17:10, 14 May 2007 (EDT)
- Sorry for offending you nod, first of all 'people like you' doesn't mean you have posted to Republicans. Second of all, all libertarians are just other liberals with a different name. You are defending John Edwards so strongly, yet he's not a libertarian. Who said anything about hypocrite? lighten up. Sysop, are we really allowed to debate here in the abuse forum?--jp 23:30, 14 May 2007 (EDT)
- No, this isn't a debate place, and I will be removing such posts here, and cleaning it up later. Let me say this about user pages...your ONE user page and ONE discussion page is your castle. You cannot create dozens of other pages, like the political discussion page of Human, and expect to be entitled to the "rights" of your one user page/discussion page "castle". Now please move those extra pages, Human, out to the debate page space where they belong, or it will be done for you, and I wouldn't want to be responsible for any data loss, or edit conflicts. --Sysop-TK /MyTalk 00:23, 15 May 2007 (EDT)
- And this is not the page for personal direct comments (user talk pages are), we all are not reading this. (This case of comment to Human fixed by me.) --Aulis Eskola 11:48, 16 May 2007 (EDT)
What I think is funny is that TK is leaving me a bolded ultimatum to move pages from my user space to the "debate" space (which I wouldn't care about) under threat of death, data loss, and edit conflicts (ooooh). But he does not know that I have no idea he is doing it. And I usually try to save my blocks for Sundays :( human 22:13, 15 May 2007 (CDT)
- Aulis' warning came too late, TK banned me about an hour before... human 12:27, 16 May 2007 (CDT)
Hi[edit]
Good to see everyone's here in the afterlife.
Thanks for everything, do you know if SpeakerOfTheDead is here too? I wanna thank him too. MiddleMan
- Speaker = AmesG :-D -AmesGyo! 15:26, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
Oh, well, thanks man, you got banned for standing up to Karajou for me.
The sysops let you edit for a week or so, where do you buy your socks? MiddleMan
TK, in his infinite weirdness, has actually encouraged sock use. I really don't get it. We explain sock creation elsewhere on the site. I can't dig up the link at the moment. PalMDtalk 15:38, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
- Hey, am I part of this conversation or not? hehe. You can tell AmesG's sox - they all have that two-tone bicurious signature. Hi, Man of the Middle! human 15:41, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
If you could give me a hand with the mirror, then I'll save the code off site for the wipe. Thanks,Pete...PalMDtalk 16:41, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
- Apparently people were surprised that I was Speaker, though! Despite the telltale signs :-D -AmesGyo! 16:50, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
I always pick out your socks...PalMDtalk 17:08, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
- Just because you know me too well, haha :-) But it was great & necessary to defend you, MM, against Karajou. Any chance I get. Welcome to the Light Side!-AmesGyo! 17:34, 18 May 2007 (CDT)
Yeah, time for a little roadside bombing in CP-land, Karajou is mine! MiddleMan
Dr. Pal's "parody" essay[edit]
Hey, Human, if you have a chance, could you make the modifications to the mirror article? I'm gonna try to archive it soon. Thanks, Pete PalMDtalk 08:51, 19 May 2007 (CDT)
- Here: http://www.rationalwiki.com/User:Human/sandbox is my rough draft. I couldn't figure out wiki table markup, so I just used html. Important: What was the title of assfly's original? That needs to be the title here, too. Or, something like "CP: original title" human 13:43, 19 May 2007 (CDT)

What does that mean (ice pwnd you)? PalMDtalk 21:54, 19 May 2007 (CDT)
- Ricewedge, as in icewedge. pwned is a "typo" for owned. Sorry I messed with your user page but I just had to edit that quote to fit the circumstances. It sounds so much like ToolKit... human 21:59, 19 May 2007 (CDT)
Mobacracy[edit]
This is a total mobacracy operation, anything you think you can do, do! The only one with any sort of defacto authority is Colin cause he has the keys! My only "authority" derives from having the genes of 4 generations of politicians and lawyers that make me walk around as if I have authority :). I have been following the new guidelines, and I think once we do the change over we will need to set up several policy pages and that will probably serve as our policy or basis for our policy. We will probably also want to move to GNUFDL in order to have clear access to wikipedia material but that kind of stuff can be worked out in the "twilight" period between nuking the database and opening up the site. Tmtoulouse 22:16, 19 May 2007 (CDT)
- Thanks, tootlemouse. As far as "several" policy pages, KISS. One page. One page of guidelines, 'k? Not like CP, with it's endless series of hidden rules that a new user can't find. My only authority comes from the genes of seven generation sof trolls and coalminers. When you dig the black gold that builds a new world, you develop a certain lack of respect for the guy who owns the coal mine, and sense of humor. To say nothing of a very dirty book collection. To the future! human 23:24, 19 May 2007 (CDT)
